NBCSN & CNBC Set Tonight's NHL Western Conference Final Coverage

The St. Louis Blues and San Jose Sharks can advance to the Western Conference Final with Game 6 victories tonight on NBCSN and CNBC. Coverage begins at 8 p.m. ET on NBCSN, when David Backes and the Blues host Jamie Benn and the Dallas Stars in St. Louis. CNBC's coverage gets underway at 9 p.m. ET, as Joe Pavelski and the Sharks travel to NASHVILLE to faceShea Weber the Predators.

John Forslund (play-by-play) and Emmy Award-winning 'Inside-the-Glass' analyst Pierre McGuire will call Stars-Blues from Scottrade Center in St. Louis, Mo. Chris Cuthbert (play-by-play) and Joe Micheletti('Inside-the-Glass') will call Sharks-Predators from Bridgestone Arena in Nashville, Tenn.

Pre-game coverage begins at 7 p.m. ET on NBCSN with NHL Live, hosted by Kathryn Tappen, alongside analysts and former players Mike Milbury and Keith Jones. Dave Briggs anchors CNBC's studio coverage alongside analysts and former players Jeremy Roenick and Anson Carter.

GAME 6 - (1) STARS AT (2) BLUES - TONIGHT AT 8 P.M. ET ON NBCSN - BLUES LEAD 3-2

The Blues can advance to the Western Conference Final for the first time since 2001 with a Game 6 victory tonight at home. St. Louis won Game 5 on Saturday afternoon in Dallas by a score of 4-1, as Brian Elliottmade 27 saves and Dmitrij Jaskin's first goal of the playoffs served as the game-winner. Troy Brouweralso scored for St. Louis, giving him seven points in his last seven games after going pointless in the first five games of the postseason.

GAME 6 - (3) SHARKS AT (WC1) PREDATORS - TONIGHT AT 9 P.M. ET ON CNBC - SHARKS LEAD 3-2

The Sharks seized control of the series with a decisive 5-1 win in Game 5 in San Jose on Saturday night. Pavelski, Patrick Marleau and Logan Couture, who are the top three scorers in Sharks postseason history, all scored in Game 5. San Jose is 7-0 this postseason in games where Pavelski records a point and 0-3 when he does not. NASHVILLE finds itself in the same position as the First Round, when it defeated the Ducks in Game 6 at home before winning Game 7 in Anaheim.
