After just three episodes, ABC has pulled its freshman conspiracy drama, ZERO HOUR, from its prime time schedule, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The one-hour series, starring ER's Anthony Edwards, debuted to a middle-of-the-road 6.4 million viewers, but has consistently dropped off in the ratings since the premiere episode. This week's episode drew in just 5 million, despite being the only original program in its time slot.

Reruns of the network's hit show Shark Tank will fill in ZERO HOUR's gaps until WIFE SWAP premieres on March 21.

It's still unclear whether or not the series has been cancelled - though all signs point to 'yes' - but the network is reportedly considering airing the rest of the produced episodes during the summer season.

The pilot for "Zero Hour" was directed and executive-produced by Pierre Morel. The series is produced by ABC Studios.
