According to Showbiz411 a television movie about the final years of global superstar Michael Jackson is in the works at Lifetime.

The site reports that casting notices have been posted for the project which will be based on the 2014 book by Jackson's bodyguards, Bill Whitfield and Javon Beard titled "Remember The Time: Protecting Michael Jackson In His Final Days."

The movie will be produced by former Motown chief Suzanne DePasse, who worked for Berry Gordy from the late 60s through the time that the company was sold. DePasse was involved in the discovery of the Jackson 5 and has maintained good relationships with the Jackson clan other Motown acts. The two-time Emmy Award winner was behind the successful mini-series about the Temptations and the Jacksons' rise to fame.
