Kiki Rowe Partners with Saunder for New York Fashion Week; Premieres First Single

Kiki Rowe is thrilled to announce her partnership with NYC fashion designer Emily Saunders during New York Fashion Week on September 5 at the Hudson Hotel Hub. Performing songs from her self-titled debut mini album due for release on October 28, the music will complement the colorful, rock n roll vibe of the Saunder Spring/Summer 2015 collection. Rowe stated, "I'm excited to be part of New York Fashion Week and Emily's show specifically. I know we are both going to put on a great show."

Kiki Rowe's album, featuring songs produced by the likes of DJ Mustard (T.I., 2 Chainz, Trey Songz) and Ivan Barias (Justin Timberlake, Chris Brown, Rick Ross) is recommended for fans of smooth, yet powerful ambient R&B a la The Weeknd and Frank Ocean. "Be Alright", the first single from the mini-album premiered in collaboration with PopJustice who dubbed the song a "wistful, slight but rather majestic ballad" similar to Jessie Ware and Tiaan.

Born Keandra Shan Lal and raised in Mississauga, Kiki's given name draws origins from the term "inspirational writer". In addition to songwriting which draws heavy influences from Usher and Tori Kelly, Kiki is also an accomplished pianist, taking first place in Ontario's Conservatory of Music for Best Piano Composition in 2009.
