Daniel Boulud's Upper West Side Mediterranean restaurant Boulud Sud is hosting an unforgettable dinner to celebrate the end of black truffle season on Thursday, February 21. The menu has been curated by Executive Chef Uli Olmos and will feature the best food and wine that Périgord has to offer. The offerings will include the following:

First Course - Beef Carpaccio with Black Truffle Aïoli

Pickled Mushrooms, Mâche

Bénédicte et Stéphane Tissot, Crémant du Jura Rosé NV

Pasta - Iberico Tortellini "in Brodo,"
