American Repertory Ballet Presents AN EVENING OF PREMIERES, 10/6 by BWW News Desk
- September 11, 2012 American Repertory Ballet will be performing a program of company premieres - An Evening of Premieres - on October 6, 2012 at 8:00pm. The program will feature a new work by Resident Choreographer Mary Barton, Ann Marie DeAngelo's Blackberry Winter, and a major revival of Gerald Arpino's Viva Vivaldi.

- September 11, 2012 Mark Stuart Dance Theatre (MSDT), held court on Thursday and Friday at the New 42nd Street Studios with the electrifying premiere performance of STANDARD TIME, before an audience of potential supporters. Orchestrating this first showing was Broadway producer Richard Winkler (Memphis, Nice Work) and award winning director/choreographer, Jerry Mitchell (Kinky Boots). Both men sit on the board of directors of MSDT.

- September 11, 2012 On September 15th, Ailey II will embark on a 31-city world tour with 21 domestic stops includingKansas City, MO; Fayetteville, NC; Boulder, CO and Columbus, OH. The international portion of Ailey II's tour will take them to Neuss Germany and nine French cities including Cannes, Beauvais and Toulon (full schedule on page two). New Artistic Director Troy Powell will build upon Ailey II's remarkable tradition and bring a fresh dimension to this beloved company during his inaugural season.
