South Florida Listing Agent Realtor and Certified Real Estate Divorce Specialist Lou Rodriguez, P.A., knows that divorce is not a cure, it's a surgical operation. Rodriguez also states in his book that decisions regarding possession of property and division of equity and liability are inextricably tied together. "It obviously raises a number of legal and tax questions that could have serious financial implications for all parties involved," says Rodriguez.
