New Self-Help Book Offers Tips for Leaders to Become Better Using the... David P. Bugay, PhD, uses the human backbone as a metaphor to share practical advice on becoming a better leader, making tough decisions and bolstering performance in his new self-help book, “Backbonology: Tough Decisions at Work” (published by Balboa Press). More information is available at: https://www.amazon.com/Backbonology-Tough-Decisions-at-Work-ebook/dp/B07FY8F7JY.

“Backbonology” helps people to use their own personalized style of leadership to make tough decisions by providing principles and illustrations accompanied by clear steps of action to make tough decisions. The principles of “Backbonology” focus on the leader’s use of their mind, will and emotions to make and implement tough decisions when necessary.

“‘Backbonology’ provides the readers with tools to make them confident yet compassionate leaders,” Bugay states. “They will also take away when they read this book an understanding of themselves and the gifts they inherently have to make themselves leaders with the ability to make the tough decisions they need to be successful in today’s workplace.”
