On Friday, April 3, Boston comedy superstars Paul D'Angelo and Frank Santorelli co-headline another incredible Comedy at Apex Entertainment Marlborough. Harry Corcell hosts.
General admission tickets are $30 for the show, or enhance your event with VIP high-top tables ($160), each accomodating four guests. This exclusive seating comes with a dedicated server to cater to your food and beverage needs.
Show-only tickets are available for $35 (cash only) on the night of the show, if seats are available.
Showtime is 8 p.m. Doors to the private reception area open at 6, and guests are welcome to come early to order dinner or have drinks before the show. The showroom opens at 7:30.
All seats are reserved. Guests must be 21+.
Paul D’Angelo is a former assistant district attorney and criminal-defense trial lawyer who has been headlining A-List comedy clubs around the country for over 35 years. He has performed famed entertainment venues ranging from the legendary Friar’s Clubs and the Waldorf Astoria’s main ballroom in New York City to the main showroom at Harrah’s Casino and Caesar’s Palace; has entertained hundreds of prominent corporate clients such as Ford Motor Company, Sony Music Corp., Hewlett-Packard Corp., Nike-Bauer International, Fidelity Investments, CVS/Caremark Inc., American and Delta Airlines, the American Bar Association, General Electric and Goldman-Sachs; and has opened for over sixty international stars such as Aretha Franklin, Ray Charles, The Beach Boys, Chicago, The Doobie Brothers, Tony Bennett and Tom Jones. He co-starred in the Showtime movie, The Godfathers of Comedy and is also the author of six hilarious books that have won numerous literary awards.
Actor/Comedian Frank Santorelli was once named in a compilation of the "10 Best TV Bartenders of All Time" for his role as George on The Sopranos, and has been featured in a host of other movies and TV shows as both actor and comedian. Known for his starring role in theaters in The Godfathers of Comedy, which became a special on Showtime, Santorelli hasacted in numerous movies including No Reservations, Meet the Parents, and Crooked Lines. Nationally known in more countries than Slovakia, Santorelli has been a headliner at some of the world’s most famous comedy clubs, in venues such as Catch a Rising Star, The Improv, and Caroline’s on Broadway. In addition to The Sopranos, Santorelli has appeared on more than 21 television shows (including every show in the Law & Order franchise) and also done commercials for Olive Garden, Coor’s Beer, and McDonald’s.
Harry Corcell has been a staple of the comedy world since 1993 when he started performing around Boston and New England . Since that time he has performed all over the country at clubs like Caroline’s, New York Comedy Club, Pips in Brooklyn, Comedy Connection in Boston, Secret Group, the Riot and many others . After stints in New York and Houston he has moved back to his Boston roots.
