Envy & Hope, a world premiere written by Kristen Palmer and directed by Alexandra Smith, delves into a dystopian world where human connections are overshadowed by a digital society. The play follows two workers, who only value earning "credits" until a mysterious box arrives, revealing new possibilities. The cast features Rebekah Brunson as EZ, Ashley Lyon as Jodi, Alyssa C. Morales as Tres, and Jack Russell as Zeb. This production will be part of Lyric Stage Boston's expanded education program, aimed at engaging young audiences in the arts.
