BLACK SWAN is a world-premiere musical at the American Repertory Theater that brings a new adaptation of the 2010 psychological thriller to life. Directed and choreographed by Tony Award winner Sonya Tayeh, the story delves into the complexities of ambition and rivalry as the driven ballerina Nina competes for the lead role in Swan Lake. The production features a book by Jen Silverman and a score by Dave Malloy, highlighting the intense pressures that blur the lines of reality and perfection.
