If they want Austin Miller (who is very good, but also has a huge ego to show that he knows it) why not just video equity auditions and play them on TV. I like the idea of raw/green talent and giving someone a chance to catch a break. Casting Austin Miller will not give him a break. Last I checked, he got his break on the "Hairspray" tour.
