Jujubee seems to be a perfectly good performer, and seems like one of the smartest folks on the show. HOWEVER... when is she gonna break out an outfit worthy of all-stars? Episode 1 featured a boring black dress followed by a boring black dress. This week we got a red leotard and a conventionally pretty mermaid gown. Where's the show-stopper in her closet? Has she brought any?
One glance over to Shea Coulee's wardrobe and it's clear who the winner should be. Girl's got the talent, smarts and stunning looks to be the true superstar of the bunch (if the producers don't f**k it up.)
P.S. Blair is quite the unexpected treat this season-- wouldn't be surprised to see her make top 3. (But something about her new face goes uncanny valley for me.)
If I remember correctly, even Alexis’ read on Juju was about her dollar store drag, or something like that. But I can’t think of any other Queen where their looks don’t even matter because they’re just so good and so beloved by, well everybody.

And how could anyone call Alexis Mateo cu*ty?"
Based on what I am seeing on a television reality show, I so far have not experienced nice and kind behavior from her. I am a big fan of Miz Cracker and I didn't like what was said to her face and during her confessional, especially when Cracker went deep with her emotions. Next week looks like more of the same. In addition, she has stated other below the belt reads for the other queens in her confessionals. I so far, don't see a nice and kind person. (the most genuine one to me, so far, is Shea, but again this is my first exposure to her) So, so far, the edit I am being given, with no previous exposure to her, I think she is coming across cu*** . So now I said it twice. I may change my opinion later and fall in love with her, when they probably manipulate her edit. While I am at it, I didn't care for Mayhem sucking on her straw and batting her eyes while Cracker was trying to give background to why she behaves a certain way. It was a typical douche move. But in the end, it's a reality show.
I don't get the appeal of Miz Cracker. Fans are CRAZY about her and a pick for many for the top tier contestants. I just find her annoying and sour and a bit up her own ass. Cute boy, though. But, then again, I'm not a New Yorker so her appeal must be based around the local NYC drag scene as well as being Bob's drag daughter.
I don't WANT to live in what they call "a certain way." In the first place I'd be no good at it and besides that I don't want to be identified with any one class of people. I want to live every whichway, among all kinds---and know them---and understand them---and love them---THAT's what I want! - Philip Barry (Holiday)
That’s so interesting that you say that, ArtMan, because as much as I love Shea’s drag and find her very talented, I’ve never trusted her. There’s something about her I dislike. I’ve always found her a bit two-faced.
Watch season 3 and All Stars 1 and your opinion on Alexis will definitely change.
And I want to put this into the universe - we NEED Yara Sofia back for the next All-Stars. Her drag has evolved so much even since AS1 that she deserves to be seen again. She’s also one of the funniest bitches ever.

I'll take your suggestion. As I said I don't know the majority of these queens. So my opinion on my new girls are based on just two episodes. Ironically, I really liked Blair St Clair and Mayhem in their season, but not so much, so far on All Stars.
There is a difference between being good at Drag and being good at Drag Race, so I hope some day in the future I can see Mayhem IRL. Because everyone says she amazing performer in person.

Mayhem is really fun when hosting a show live, but she really is pretty horrible on Drag Race. Trixie is another queen who just totally flops when on the show, despite the rigga Morris that got her a crown.
I don't really thing that Mayhem is horrible on the show. It's just compared to the other queens, she comes across, out of her league. If she was on with a cast of duds she would really shine. On the first episode, I really didn't think her performance deserved to be in the bottom. In fact, I kind of liked it.
I am hoping for a Juju, Shea, and Alexis top 3. Don't really care who takes the crown if it's between these three. It would be like choosing a winner in season 3. Mariah and Cracker are my other guesses for top 5. Rest everyone's a filler from my perspective.

With the exception of her very first challenge, I’ve never seen her do anything even vaguely memorable on the show.
