Saw it last night, loved the performances, and agree with posters who say they could shave about 10 min off the show.
Anyone who is offended by the material... well it’s kind of sad that you are because it is definitely some thought provoking stuff.
Definitely worth the price of the TDF ticket.
HERCULES to Play the Public Theatre this summer!! Sep 2

It’s an absolutely fabulous Public Works production, but there is no way Disney is putting this production up as 4th show on Broadway.
Least we forget that the themes in The Music of the Night sound so similar to Puccini's La Fanciulla that Puccini's estate sued ALW, and settled out of court.
Also that and Into the Woods is just a better score, and got more votes.

32 shows opened this past season. There are 41 Broadway theaters.
We are going to be fine.

The Company revival would fit well beautifully into the Sondheim.
Unless Roundabout has some big plans up their sleeve for the space I don't see why not.
As for people being considered about the sudden availability of so many theaters. This isn't 1985. Broadway is still a billion dollar industry that is one the largest tourist attractions in the world. Things will come in.

I was hoping for a Bonnie Milligan nomination as well. Also Head Over Heels choreography deserved to be recognized. It was the best most excited of the season and on top of that actually fueled the storytelling of the piece. Ah well the memories live on.

Has anyone had any success with past date exchanging a TDF tickets. Due to weather over the weekend we had a cancelled flight, and missed a show.
Should we just go to the box office, since I assume the tickets will be there?
I want to like Ken Fallin's caricatures, but I dont Apr 12

Well I had never read his bio and put the two together, but now I see he did the "Forbidden Broadway" cover art. And I always remember picking up those albums and thinking what a great hideous parody of the Al Hirschfield caricatures.
If you want your memories of Glenda from last year to go untarnished I absolutely recommend skipping this one.
It is such a disappointment.

Almost 2,000 women were killed by their partners in 2016, so ACTUALLY the numbers of women killed over the last century by accounts and statistics is more than the Veitnam war.
But pointing at a war and telling women, see you don't have it that bad. You get the comfort of being murdered in your own home by someone you know!
