I agree with others about Disney plus but I am trying to use this time not just to sit around and watch stuff. Weather permitting, I will jog every day just to get out of the house. There is nobody even close to me while jogging so I am not putting myself or anybody else in danger. My wife and I have started spring cleaning and the first area of the house is the garage and the attic above it. We want to get rid of stuff that we no longer need and have accumulated the last 30 years. I have started a project of moving old pictures from photo albums on to my computer. These pictures are on albums and you can't take them off without tearing the picture. My wife got me a machine where I can take a picture of the picture and then size it properly on my computer. Once that is done, I can throw away the old photo albums taking up space. I am playing my acoustic guitar more and trying to learn some new songs. Yesterday, I ordered three Kindle books so I will have stuff to read to keep me occupied. I am curious what some of you are doing beside watching things.

Broadway HD is the 7 day free trial but I highly recommend adding the channel to your Amazon Prime.
Otherwise the app for smart TVs has a ton of issues.
Their live broadway shows are mostly filmed in thr West End but there are some really good ones like Miss Saigon and Kinky Boots.
They don’t change their line up very often so I can’t justify paying for it every month.

Not a broadway production, so I’m not sure it is what you’re looking for specifically but I found this quite lovely last night (I think especially if you read the blurb below the video).
I got an email about it because I had tickets for the concert that was canceled but I really loved that they did this. Kind of unexpectedly calming. (And I didn’t know two of the three pieces at all which surprised me as a Gershwin fan).

The next R&H Organization 'movie night' will be the Hugh Jackman 'Oklahoma' on Friday 27 March, 8pm ET. One of the tweet responses from the below link, indicates that BroadwayHD will be offering a free stream of the show for this.

There are all kinds of things popping up online, but I did just notice that the Opera National de Paris is streaming some past performances, including 'Tribute to Jerome Robbins', which itself includes the proto-'On The Town' ballet 'Fancy Free'. However, that particular performance is only available to stream until 19 April (presumably France time).

I recommend "Parade" in a concert version. This s Jason Robert Brown and Alfred Uhry's Tony-Award winning musical. The cam is not professional but it's still amazing enough!!

If someone wants to watch some great television:
-- Broadchurch on Netflix. I think this may be the best television show I have ever seen. The only issue is that you may need the sub-titles on, as David Tennant's Scottish accent is incredibly hard to understand. The entire cast is great.
-- Unforgotten (I think on Amazon) . Was on PBS, but I did notice it. Three 6-episode seasons, with each season dedicated to a single cold case.
-- Bodyguard -- Netflix -- 6 episodes. I expected Richard Madden to become a huge star, but not so far. It is great and has nothing to do with the Kevin Costner movie.
-- London Spy -- Netflix -- Ben Wishlaw in in the head. It is more than a little kinky, but if you can get through that, it is really excellent.
-- Unbelievable -- Netflix -- A girl gets raped or did she. Toni Collette and Merritt Wever are the names, but Kaitlin Dever gives one of the most heartbreaking performances I have ever seen.

If you enjoyed "Best Worst Thing That Ever Could Have Happened", you'll LOVE the Documentary Now! episode "Co-Op The Musical" written by John Mulaney and Seth Meyers.
It's the best love letter to Sondheim out there, in my opinion. Also... Mulaney as a young Sondheim is f***ing brilliant. The entire cast is to die for.
Side note: Alex Brightman mentioned back in August 2019 that they're might be an official cast album coming out.
Also... to Mulaney and Meyers: PLEASE WRITE THE FULL MUSICAL AND BRING IT TO THE STAGE AND TAKE ALL MY MONEY.

The Daegu International Musical Festival is going to upload a video of the South Korean musical 'Turandot' (not the opera) from 30 April - 5 May, local time I assume, with English and Chinese subtitle options. I don't know what the quality of the video or of the musical itself will be. However, it's interesting that this is also the first Korean musical to have got a production in Europe, recently in Slovakia to be exact; I gather that generally the cultural exchange has gone in the other direction so far. (It therefore might be the first Korean musical to get a "Western" production altogether? I'm not sure.)

One of my favorite series of plays is Richard Nelson's The Apple Family Plays and The Gabriels. I loved them at the public and I watched That Hopey Changey Thing this afternoon and it has held up really well.
You can watch the whole cycle for the next week on Thirteen's website which I highly reccomend.

UPLOAD (free if you are an Amazon Prime subscriber). Just watched the first ep. and I'm hooked (provided it doesn't go downhill from here...).
If you're a sci-fi geek who enjoys seeing the imagined future, this is a show for you. Created by Greg Daniels (The Office, Saturday Night Live, The Simpsons, Parks and Recreation, King of the Hill), this show is The Good Place, but with more of a sci-fi bent.
Interesting to note that in the first episode, great pains are provided to hide female nipples. If you think I'm kidding, look at how un-natural protagonist Nathan Brown's (Robbie Amell) hand placements are in a scene where he's just had sex w/his girlfriend (played by Alegra Edwards), in the back seat of an auto-driven car... There are other instances of hidden nipples in this first episode, also.
BUT... when it comes to examples of titillating "hoyay", the use/abuse of actor Robbie Amell doesn't disappoint. He spends much of the first ep. in grey sweatpants that hearken back to the screen captures of actor Justin Theroux's character, jogging in the HBO's show, "The Leftovers". (If you followed that show, you know EXACTLY which photos/scenes I'm referring to...)
Off-Topic/FYI: actor Robbie Amell looks like who the love-baby of Taylor Lautner and Jason Ritter might turn out to be if they both were able to conceive a child w/each other...
Titillating actors aside, the humor in this first episode is fun, and the storyline is interesting if The Good Place appealed to you.
