Looking for tickets for February 20th and I can’t find a code. I had assumed this would be one of the weeks of the year sure to have discounts. Can anyone assist?
On BroadwayBox.com there is a code BOX1 valid through February 20th. Tickets $89-$109.
If you look at the grosses, it appears to be doing good percentage occupancy but a low average ticket price ($106.30) relatively low for a musical and within the range of the discount. You might be able to get half price tickets, but waiting in line, being at the mercy of what locations they have, and paying surcharges, you could go on the website, use the discount code, see what seats are available on the discount and select your seat (still maybe not a great selection of locations, but still get decent seats).
Closer to that date is likely when a new date will appear.
If we're not having fun, then why are we doing it?
These are DISCUSSION boards, not mutual admiration boards. Discussion only occurs when we are willing to hear what others are thinking, regardless of whether it is alignment to our own thoughts.
If you go through all dates in January, all weekends & Wednesday matinees are 95% sold-out. Availability during weeknights are basically just the mid-mezz. It's selling very well for the winter. We shall see if a code pops up, even just for the weeknight performances.
Also, try asking about SRO. The Neil Simon doesn't have that many spots and I think it's only been sold a few times so far.
A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.
Yes I saw the show during the week last week and orchestra was packed yet the wings (middle side mezz) was noticeably empty. I haven't analyzed through the seating prices but it must be pricey for mid mezz then. Front mezz was full.
I don't think Neil Simon has standing room, does it? If it does, where is it? I didn't see any railing at the back of orchestra hence why I ask.
I know Hairspray had SRO. No show has been successful enough at that theater since to warrant selling it.

TodayTix has tickets starting at $59 through Feb 24. In fact, every time I open the app, I get a pop up specifically about The Cher Show tickets. I'm not sure why I'm targeted because I only really use the app to browse prices and enter the Harry Potter lottery.

PLAY1 is valid through 4/14. I found that on Show Score, they list the codes for every show.
