I don't dislike the show but it doesn't make me want to see it again.

The View and Seth Meyers performances do not.

Well that was a joyous , spontaneous clapping , laugh out loud funny joy from start to finish. Loved everything about it.

Well I didn't want to get into it, but he's a Satanist. Every full moon he sacrifices 4 puppies to the Dark Lord and smears their blood on his paino. This should help you understand the score for Wicked a little bit more. Tazber's: Reply to Is Stephen Schwartz a Practicing Christian

I caught this at yesterday's matinee.  There were 2 swings on, but not for any major characters. I was in the the center of the front row of the balcony (less than a hundred bucks!) - and could see, but not always HEAR, just fine.

This was....cute.  But it was also predictable and a tad preachy.  I was actually disappointed by Borle.  I just felt as if he gave his character very little personality.  I don't buy his love story....at all - which I blame more on the script/book.  I do love me some tap dancing, so that was fun...and, OH! That eleven oclock number alone was worth the price of admission.

Fun, glad I saw it - but won't think about it another day.  I'm sure it will get some nominations, don't see it winning many.

You echo my sentiments exactly on this one. Fun, but forgettable.

Why were some male musicians.visible on the set above.the stage if Sweet Sue's Society Sycopators were all women?  And why did they always identify Daphne's instrument as "upright bass" if it's 1933?

Wow, bradwait, good catch! You're right. The term upright bass was coined by jazz and pop musicians to distinguish  the double bass  from the bass guitar which was invented in the mid 1930s but not widely used until the 1950s.

All the onstage Society Syncopators are pretty convincing at miming their instruments, but I doubt any sound is really coming out and none of them are given any solos.  OK with me. Ghee and Borle and ensemble  were doing believable fingering, although I don't play either instrument.  I'll take a pass on Angie Schworer as the drummer as I couldn't see.her too well from my seat .

It did bother me that in some songs, the ensemble had choreography where they were asked to stylistically mime  their instruments. Again, no big deal.

Plus they tried to cram this number into that small studio and onstage it has more room to breathe and take in the stage pictures and choreography.

Not sure what people are getting in about with the costumes…it’s not the ball in Cinderella. They’re struggling traveling musicians who escape to Mexico for an evening of dancing and drinking when they’re not doing a show. I WILL say that I still miss Daphne’s original red dress that was cut during previews.

They’re “hiding” Josephine because people already have tried to twist it into a negative statement/commentary on trans issues which it isn’t, and they’re putting forward their non-binary/fluid Daphne which is truly the heart of the show. We see Borle in non-drag just as much as we do the drag disguise anyways. Daphne does not go in and out as frequently.
"

I also miss Daphne's original red dress that she wore in the first few previews. But maybe it was just TOO sexy -- the red dress she wears now is a bit more sensible and demure, and probably works better for "Feather."

Maybe J. Harrison Ghee could wear the original red dress to the Tonys. Or maybe Angie can wear it -- I think it was from Minnie's closet.

I wasn't sure where to put this but if anyone is curious about lottery seating -- i won a single seat for this past Friday and my seat was S 26.  I was afraid it may be too far to the side but it was perfectly fine.  I am pretty sure I saw everything.  I did stop at the box office to ask if there was anything more center available and he said no but without me even showing my lottery ticket -- he wrote down another seat location in the mezzanine on the opposite side -- in fact two seats -- and then I told him I only needed one and he crossed one out ... so - not much checking going on there.  Was a little strange. I did ask the usher if he thought one was better than the other and he didn't think so - I opted to stay in the orchestra since it was closest to the exit so I could get out very quickly.

I enjoyed the show .. as did the crowd.

On seatplan.com it says that the Show is closing Sunday April 2nd. But you can still buy tickets until September, also on seatplan.com so maybe they just forgot to update it when a new block of Tickets was released?

Saw this on Saturday night and really enjoyed it, surprised it's not doing better than it is! The supporting cast is particularly great, and though I'm never really seeking out dance numbers, the ones in this were entertaining. And it seems like there are elements to appeal to basically everyone. None of the songs grabbed me right away, but I am looking forward to hearing the cast recording when it's out.

The seating chart was looking pretty empty on Friday, so we got tickets from TKTS on Saturday morning for that night's show and the orchestra ended up being mostly full, with a very receptive audience. I would have bought tickets in advance had they made a discount code available - the GETHOT one floating around from months ago just made tickets more expensive.

Is Casey Garvin out of the show? He went on for Spats the other day. Very strange but I’m into it! Fun little treat especially since Spats is more of a supporting/minimal character. Would love to see him in the final chase but I probably won’t be able to make it.

Why? Casey Garvin was Spats all last weekend. Is Mark Lotito out of the show(COVID)? I've seen nothing on anyone's IG indicating there's been multiple cast members out this week.

A Chorus Line revival played its final Broadway performance on August 17, 2008. The tour played its final performance on August 21, 2011. A new non-equity tour started in October 2012 played its final performance on March 23, 2013. Another non-equity tour launched on January 20, 2018. The tour ended its US run in Kansas City and then toured throughout Japan August & September 2018.

I was at the show last Wednesday (March 15th) and Mark Lotito came out of the stage door limping. Casey Garvin went on the next night. I think it’s a safe bet that he got hurt- hope everything’s okay.

All this Casey publicity should sell two extra tickets I guess.

There are two u/s for Spats, so unless there's a situation that warrants Casey needing to jump into the show, I don't understand why he's being brought in to perform? I've only seen two swings going on tonight(Kayla Pecchioni & Julius Williams)t.

Both covers must be out, because he’s on all weekend. Which, after previous comments, tells me one cover is out on injury and another is just out, whether it’s a planned absence or illness, etc.

Casey Garvin is in the show tonight, so this is why it's weird for Nicholaw to jump into the show. However, both male swings are on tonight, so it could be just a precaution to avoid split tracks.

Would they be that worried about split tracks? Split tracks happen a lot of the time across other shows.
This seems like a stunt to sell a few more tickets.

A guy commented on a post about it on Facebook saying “This might get me to see it again”.

Both Mark Lotito and Adam Heller are out with illness or injury - plus 1 or 2 of the male ensemble. They must be out of swings.

I don't believe they've added any additional swings and still are running with just 4 currently.

Based on IG posts, Christian Borle was also out and will be out all weekend.
