After checking and checking I scored tickets to DEH. My one question though...the seats that I got are in the Left Mezzanine, Row K for seats that do not actually exist on the seating plan (i.e. in the seating chart, it is a blank area in the two back rows). I clearly selected them though on the map and my order confirmation lists the seat numbers.
Are these seats that they manually add when needed? i.e. they throw chairs there
I'm not complaining as very happy to have gotten seats, but it seems strange that they are not in the seating chart. Maybe this is an area they keep for wheelchairs?
As a separate question...how long does it take for them to email the tickets?
Not exactly sure why the seating chart on the Telecharge website doesn't show those seats in rows K and L. It shows them on the Telecharge app, though. I wasn't in the mezzanine, but maybe someone who's been up there can answer that. In any event, rest assured that your tickets are good, and, honestly, if for some reason you're in regular chairs, you'll probably be more comfortable. Tickets for DEAR EVAN HANSEN take a little longer to email because of fraud protection, but if you getting anxious, call Telecharge and have them switched to Will Call. I'm really glad you're able to see it! Have a great time!

I would like to know what trick you did to even make those seats selectable if they don't even show up to begin with.

Thank you so much. You've been very helpful here, and also on the other threads.
These are permanent seats? Or are they 'add ins' ? So strange they don't show on the website. I will download the app for the fun of it as I did check other performances and also didn't see them.
I did notice a comment about delivery being delayed. We go in a couple days so will call Telecharge if they don't arrive before.

When I did the search they popped up. Initially I had selected 2 on the other side and by the time I selected "Buy" it said they were gone so then I selected the 2 on left mezzanine Row K . Unfortunately I tried to take screen print but it wasn't working so I continued on with the purchase, but my ticket order specifies the exact seats.
PS - For the fun of it, I just checked StubHub and they have the other "missing" seats in row K. Very odd. Reserved for these kind of last minute tickets or third parties?
I always thought that's where the lottery winners sit but I guess not. I have seen that area blocked off on some performances yet available (or seats sold) in others. Who knows. Kudos though for getting a ticket! Those are real seats.

This might be extraneous since CT2NYC already confirmed, but I saw Dear Evan Hansen from the very last row of the mezzanine, row L, so I can also confirm that those seats exist.

Thank you. Appreciate letting me know. Is the view ok?
I have never sat in the mezzanine at the Music Box Theatre, but it's a small place with a capacity of about 1,000. Others would know more about your 'mystery' seats, but I don't think there are many bad ones, except perhaps the first couple of rows on the side in the orchestra.
I was in Row N, near the outer edge of the orchestra seats, and my view was fine.
I'm glad you were able to get tickets. Did the '4-day trick' work?

bear88, thank you for bringing the "4-day trick" to my attention. I saw the show back in November, but, because of you, I've been able to help 2 sets of friends get tickets. Now, I pass the information along when I can.
Yes, the view was excellent. I usually like to be close, but I was very happy with that location. As bear said, it's a small theater, and the rear mezz seats are nice because you can take in the whole stage easily while still being able to appreciate the intimate scenes.

Ok. I realize the seats are there from the seating chart. But I still don't see them as being selectable for purchase. Not from the app or from the desktop computer. The app shows seats available for purchase as a list while the desktop version allows one to pick actual seats still available from another chart. It looks like the OP just got lucky these seats suddenly appeared for purchase in a very short period of time.

So appreciate you and CT2NYC sharing the 4 day trip. The four days before I checked constantly. At about 6pm a few of the $399 prime seats popped up. Amazing seats but too steep for us ($800 USD = over $1000 CAD). So next day I snuck in checks while at work. Same seats showed (off and on as sometimes they disappear then reappear). About 3:30pm the additional normal priced seats appears...a few singles in orchestra and then the two sets of 2 in the mezzanine.
Now if only the tickets will get emailed.....
Listening to the music now. DEH and Groundhog Day. So excited!

Ha ha...me too. I'm a front row kind of gal....but for Dear Evan Hansen I'll take anything. Good to hear from someone who has sat there that the view is good. From telecharge photo (well can only view same seat one row infront...lol), it looks quite good. And I just compared to the other ones available in row L and these seem better as those are far on the side.
I'm used to large theatres (we're from Toronto) so sitting at the back balcony is very different from NY back balcony.

Yeah...not sure but they popped up on telecharge when checking. And these were the only 2 seats showing in that section in back 2 rows. As mentioned (after my post) I did notice that StubHub has tickets for the remaining seats in those 2 rows so only thing I can think of is they reserve them for third party and maybe StubHub "returned" them so they showed in the system (but why not even show on the map?)? They only popped up briefly when the next set of seats popped up in searches (i.e. I was checking constantly and then all of a sudden a bunch of non-premium showed up). Yesterday was 3 days before.
I sat in the front row center for DEAR EVAN HANSEN, and it was too close. The stage is high, and the seats are extremely close to it. My neck was sore after the show from looking up the entire time. The only advantage to sitting there is being able to see Ben Platt's physical performance up-close, but, when I see the show again, I'll definitely want to sit further back.
