I sent a message to Broadway Records regarding the release date/changes and here's the response I received last night.
"Hi Jacob. Our Broadway Records site physical and digital release will be on Tuesday. iTunes isn't until the 24th. But our digital downloads can easily be imported into your iTunes software if you choose to do so."
After I sent them a copy of my receipt from purchasing SIDE SHOW through their website, they said:
Excuse me if this is a foolish question, but do you mean if we pre-ordered a physical copy from Broadway Records that we'll also be able to download it from their site starting tomorrow?
From what it sounds like, yes. I ordered mine super last minute (last night) and I asked if I would still be able to get the digital copy by the 17th (rather than waiting until the 24th because I'm so impatient! lol) and they were able to answer that in the responses I posted above.
So if we have ordered a physical CD, we will also have access to download the digital version tomorrow? Do we need to do anything, or will it be automatically available when we log in?

Where does it even say that they're doing that? I fully support record companies making digital downloads available to customers who purchase a physical CD but I hadn't even heard about this.
there is a Shop Digital section, but I don't see Side Show listed yet...I somehow doubt that if you bought a physical CD that you also get a free download, but we shall see whats on the site tomorrow....in the meantime, you can preview ALL the tracks from Side Show under Shop CDs and then selecting Side Show...then there is a link Preview The Album, which opens up samples of all the tracks
I just communicated with Broadway Records and the digital versions are indeed a separate purchase; so, just because you bought a physical CD doesn't mean you also get the digital download....you need to buy that version starting tomorrow....here's the actual message
"The digital copies are separate and will also be available tomorrow on our website (and on the 24th on iTunes, Amazon, etc)."
It will be on itunes, amazon and in stores the 24th.

Why don't you go? Why don't you leave Manderley? He doesn't need you... he's got his memories. He doesn't love you, he wants to be alone again with her. You've nothing to stay for. You've nothing to live for really, have you?
Oooh, it goes up on iTunes on my birthday! Happy 26th to me!
