Who do you think would win?

It depends. Would Idina try to pull a foreign object out of her trunks and hit Ethel with it when the ref wasn't looking?

Definitely Ethel. She had arms like a Marine from lifting that gun in Annie Get Your Gun 8 shows a week.

I say Idina. I don't think Ethel worked out.

I mean, Idina BOXES to stay in shape...

If this atrocious GIF is any indication, I'd say Idina. She kind of looks like a man.

Yes, but Ethel looks a bit like Big Boo in the picture posted above.

Imagine if "Orange is the New Black" was made in the 1950s instead, how different it would have been.

When I can't sleep at night, I fantasize about what TV series Ethel could guest star in if she were still alive. I hadn't thought of Orange is the New Black but now I can't stop thinking of her playing "Big Merm" the butchest butch of 'em all. I would have loved to see her play the vengeful mother of a rape victim on Law & Order SVU who kills her daughter's alleged attacker. I want to see Eliot try to break her in the interrogation room.
