Wait, so Mary J Blige has no songs? Isn't she Justice?
"The sexual energy between the mother and son really concerns me!"-random woman behind me at Next to Normal
"I want to meet him after and bang him!"-random woman who exposed her breasts at Rock of Ages, referring to James Carpinello

I like the cover art too, but Julianne Hough looks like she's painted, she's so photoshopped. She's so naturally beautiful...she doesn't need that much editing. She looks like a cartoon.
hmm, I think it's interesting how Stacee Jaxx (Tom Cruise) has become the central figure of this film. Cruise is dead center of the picture, and the only other printed matter besides the title is upside down (so it can't be missed) about Stacee Jaxx. Very clever. Cruise is there to sell tickets
Great cover. The original script had Def Leppard's "Rock of Ages" over the opening credits. I see that was changed to "Paradise City". I like that, as Paradise City is a better song.
Also, Mary J Blige sings in 'Nothing But A Good Time', 'Every Rose Has It's Thorn', 'Any Way You Want It', 'Shadows of the Night', and 'Here I Go Again'.
I'm so over this trend of posters of cast members taken at completely separate times and photoshoped together. You see these with practically every movie and tv show now and it makes me always assume no cast ever gets along enough to stand together for an hour.

Ignorance IS bliss so I apologize profusely if I'm ruining motion picture artwork details. The entire artwork is an illustration so no: Hough is NOT photoshopped. She, like the other actors featured on the poster, is an illustration; a drawing; a painting, so to speak. No photoshopping; no actual photograph of the actors.
It's one of my favorite moments in the show, but I'm not too upset by its exclusion. For one, it was released in 1990 so it doesn't really fit the theme of the film. Also, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn" basically accomplishes the same idea in the film, so it would probably be a bit redundant to include both songs.

Does anyone know who does the other vocal (not sure of the technical term...guide vocal maybe) for Tom Cruise? When we saw the film, we noticed a definite difference in the vocals when they would need the power. Just curious.
