Katie Finneran, the two-time Tony Award-winning Broadway and TV star, will make her nightclub debut at 54 Below from May 28 to 31 with the show It Might Be You - A Funny Lady's Search for Home. Endearing, brilliantly funny and always entertaining, she gives us a peek into the life of a performer juggling Hollywood, Broadway and starting a family. Singing an eclectic array of songs and sharing extraordinary backstage stories, Katie takes us on a comical and poignant pilgrimage to her greatest destination yet: home. Expect to hear songs ranging from Stephen Sondheim to Ingrid Michaelson, with homages to Betty Hutton and Julie Andrews in between. The evening will be directed by Katie's longtime pal, Broadway's Andrea Burns (The Nance, In the Heights) and will feature musical direction by Steve Marzullo.

Among the Stroman collaborators offering tributes was Theatre World Award winning actor Jason Danieley (Next to Normal, Curtains, The Full Monty, Candide) and New York City Ballet's Tiler Peck performing a selection from Little Dancer, Taylor Mac performing a selection from The Last Two People on Earth, Tony nominee Marin Mazzie performing from Bullets Over Broadway; and Contact collaborator John Weidman, Karen Ziemba performing a selection from Crazy For You, and cast members from The Scottsboro Boys: John Cullum, Brandon Victor Dixon, Shavey Brown, Max Kumangai, James T. Lane, Deandre Leatherbury, J.C. Montgomery, Justin Prescott, Clinton Roane, and David Bazemore. The event co-chairs are Letty Aronson, Roy Furman, and Julian Schlossberg.

Broadway stars Billy Porter, Victoria Clark, Terrence Mann, Andrea Martin and Shuler Hensley served as gala award presenters at the 64th Annual Outer Critics Circle Awards ceremony last night at the legendary Sardis Restaurant. In addition to being acclaimed stage performers, the stars are also former recipients of the esteemed Outer Critics Circle Award. STARS IN THE ALLEY, presented by United Airlines, was presented yesterday, May 21st in Shubert Alley, between Broadway and 8th Avenue and 44th and 45th Streets. 'Growing up in Pittsburgh, I had an inkling of the many musical talents who were from 'the 'Burgh,' but was thrilled to learn the depth to which those waters ran,' says Ms Tunie. From Lena Horne and Henry Mancini to Phyllis Hyman and George Benson, Tamara will celebrate the variety of composers and singers in two concerts at 54 Below on May 20 and 27.
