A&E has set Sunday, September 8th at 10am ET/PT for the premiere of a special daytime family programming event, 'The Day I Picked My Parents.' The original limited five-hour documentary series follows ten foster children who are part of a revolutionary program operated by the nonprofit organization Kidsave in California, as they search to find their forever home. For the first time in their lives, they will have input into their own destiny as they decide where they want to live and who will be their family.

MTV nabs America's 'Bachelorette' sweetheart Rachel Lindsay and recording artist Travis Mills to host its new docuseries, 'MTV's Ghosted: Love Gone Missing' which is set to premiere on Tuesday, September 10 at 9:00PM ET/PT with back-to-back episodes.

Kids can get ready for the new school year and learn lessons about friendship and following your dreams with Nickelodeon's Middle School Moguls, premiering Sunday, Sept. 8, at 11 a.m. (ET/PT). The four half-hour, CG-animated specials chronicle the ambitions of four new friends striving to create their own companies while attending Mogul Academy, an entrepreneurial school where kid-business dreams come true. Middle School Moguls will continue to air every Sunday in September at 11 a.m. (ET/PT) on Nickelodeon.

Scott Rudin, with UK producer Big Talk Productions, will develop U.S. adaptation of Mum, according to Deadline. The remake of the British comedy will be written by Tracy Letts.

Ahead of the release of their special 20th anniversary album Remixed on Oct. 11th, The Body have released the single 'Hallow Hollow (Remixed by Lingua Ignota).' Lingua Ignota (Kristin Hayter) previously provided guest vocals on The Body's I Have Fought Against It, But I Can't Any Longer, and collaborated with The Body's Lee Buford on her own solo release. Buford calls Hayter 'a true legend. It's always great to make music with her.' On her work on the track and with The Body, Hayter said:

Celebrated Minneapolis singer/songwriter Reina Del Cid has released 'Bernadette,' the first song from her new album MORSE CODE out October 4. Reina Del Cid's storytelling prowess shines on the song, which appears to feature a visitor from the artist's past. 'It feels like I lost a friend, I find myself wondering, will she haunt my home again, oh my Bernadette.'

In its epic reboot of Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, HGTV has brought in some of the biggest names in home renovation to help execute extraordinary, life-changing home transformations for families. The series, hosted by award-winning actor Jesse Tyler Ferguson, will feature special guest stars in every episode, including Tarek El Moussa(Flip or Flop), Jasmine Roth (Hidden Potential) and Tamara Day (Bargain Mansions). And now, Ty Pennington, a highly skilled carpenter, craftsman and designer who starred in the original series, is back to do what he loves to do best—be a hands-on renovator who actively participates in the builds. He and the other special guests will work alongside volunteers and other experts, including the show's regularly appearing designers Breegan Jane, Carrie Locklyn and Darren Keefe, to customize a home that meets the needs of each family. More guest experts will be announced throughout production.

Sky today announced plans to launch two new channel brands within its entertainment portfolio.  Sky Crime will launch in October 2019 and Sky Comedy in February 2020, with both available to all Sky customers at no extra charge, through linear and on demand.
