Today Amsterdam's The Mauskovic Dance Band have announced they will be pushing back the release date of their forthcoming EP Shadance Hall. The EP marks their debut on Dekmantel Records and will now be released on out April 17th. On Shadance Hall, they concoct a tantalising brew of no-wave, psych rock, cumbia, power dub and numerous other colourful shades of global grooves. Pop artist Marisa Maino announced today the forthcoming release of her debut concept album, Stages of Love and Heartbreak - available April 10. The 7-song album, distributed via AWAL, was produced by Jordan Sapp and Mike Robinson, with songs co-written by Allison Veltz-Cruz, Bre Kennedy, Sarah Troy and more. Los Angeles-based, Norwegian-born singer/songwriter Sondre Lerche has announced his ninth studio album Patience will release on June 5th. After living in New York City for over a decade, the album is his first since relocating to the west coast. Recorded mostly in Norway, the inspiration for this record, as Lerche tells it, comes from a recently discovered love of ambient music, running marathons, and a quest for serenity. Today, he shared the video (directed by Jon Danovic) for the album's lead single 'You Are Not Who I Thought I Was.' The album is now available for pre-order.

Madrid-based quartet Hinds recently announced their third album, The Prettiest Curse, which was scheduled for release on April 3rd on Mom + Pop. Today the band announces that they will be rescheduling their album release date for June 5th. Additionally, they have re-routed the majority of their North American tour and added a UK/EU tour. Due to circumstances outside of the band's control, such as time constraints and availability, a number of tour dates were forced to be cancelled in the process of rescheduling the tour. Hinds looks forward to coming back to those cities as soon as they can. In the meantime, refunds to ticket buyers are available at the point of purchase, and all tickets for rescheduled dates will remain valid.
