After last week's scare fest, FtWD slowed things down a bit as we delved more into how everyone is personally coping. Their lives are slowly falling apart and even the strongest among them is about to crumble when they discover that maybe, just maybe, the military arriving isn't the best sign?

FOX and its smash hit EMPIRE is about to return for Season Two. Were you like me and hopelessly drawn into the Lyons' family drama? A delicious primetime soap opera taking us into the world of hip hop, EMPIRE is back this week!

It's time to look at the multi-faceted career of Alan Cumming. Known for his his iconic Tony Award winning performance in Sam Mendes' 1993 revival of CABARET as the Master of Ceremonies as well as many other memorable roles, Cumming has come into his own as one of the stars of CBS's smash hit, THE GOOD WIFE.

Well, FEAR THE WALKING DEAD, you certainly have my attention, as that was a NIGHTMARE! Good Lord, I truly have to stop watching this show while I'm eating.

Today we are looking at the storied career of Kevin Spacey from stage to screen. Known primarily in the film world for his extraordinary work, this year is his third consecutive nomination for his portrayal as Francis Underwood on Netflix's smash hit, HOUSE OF CARDS.

It's that time of year again when we are reminded that the world is going to hell and the apocalypse is near. However, I decided to watch FEAR THE WALKING DEAD instead of the VMA's. Yup, old and cranky, that's me. But let's get back to the fictional apocalypse.

It is the summer finale for TEEN WOLF and what have we learned? People are dead, but not really, Theo is certifiably nuts and during the most critical scenes in the finale, we had to suffer through a disgusting promo in the corner of our screens SEVEN times of Miley Cyrus sticking her tongue out at us. Come on, MTV, is nothing sacred?

Maybe it's just me, but if a dead body walks toward you and then you run it over with a car and it is still coming toward you so you run it over again and then it looks at you? I don't know, I guess I would LEAVE? The pilot of AMC's FEAR THE WALKING DEAD has begun and Los Angeles will never be the same.

Perigee is the closest point to the earth and it is in this stage that the moon appears larger. Syzygy is a conjunction or opposition, especially of the moon with the sun. So finally we understand… what Rona Lisa Peretti's winning word from the Third Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee meant. Used in a sentence? The Dread Doctors are really big on Perigee Syzygy.

I'm pretty sure we just witnessed Theo becoming the reliable one of the group and Scott becoming the weak link. Sure, Theo's kind of a psycho and Scott is the Alpha, but hey, what could possibly go wrong with that scenario?

It can't be over already, can it? Say it ain't so. With the performance of the coveted musical, Electro/City, the end of the First Day of Camp is upon us. But will Camp Firewood be able to take on Camp Tiger Claw, the military and President Reagan before the day is done?

We are half way through the First Day of Camp in Waterville and the drama has only just begun to unfold. But can anything really prepare us for the premiere of the coveted musical; Electro/City? They've been in rehearsal for nearly four hours!

It must have been while you were killing me... what? No Meatloaf fans? Ah well, so that was horrifying and will provide me with new nightmares about how I don't want to die for years. Goodness, that was graphic!

We continue on with the saga of the First Day of Camp in Waterville, Maine. There has already been one casualty on the battlefields of Camp Firewood. Oh and if you were worried that President Reagan wasn't going to make an appearance, rest assured.

It's here, at long last. The eight episode series of WET HOT AMERICAN SUMMER, FIRST DAY OF CAMP. 15 years later, let's go back 2 months prior to the movie and see how the majority of the cast hasn't aged a day. Theme song “Jane” by Starship leads us into every episode and flashes us back to 1981.

The year was 2001 in the small town of Waterville, Maine. It was the last day of camp at Camp Firewood. Despite the campers happiness and well, safety, the counselors were determined to have a great night even if an object falling from space threatened to doom them all.

In the opening scene Scott is without his inhaler and Malia and Mama McCall come to his rescue. As Mama gets Scott the medicine he needs, Malia tries to fight off the Dread Doctor to no avail and I'm sure you were all thinking the same thing I was: Where did she get her boots? So cute!!!

“In a small New England town, teenagers are taken in the night and buried alive. Days later, they emerge transformed, wreaking havoc and spreading terror, commanded by an ancient order of parascientists known only as the Dread Doctors,” or so the back jacket of the book, “The Dread Doctors” tells us.

Tonight we received further evidence that Theo is a tad bit psycho and more uncertainty regarding the fate of Lydia, Parrish and now Stiles? And it all went down in a club called Sinema.
