The forthcoming TV Land series 'Hot In Cleveland' has signed on a line-up of guest stars of the show's first season. Guests include Susan Lucci, Hal Linden, Huey Lewis, Juliet Mills, John Schneider, Carl Reiner, Wayne Knight and Amy Yesbeck. 'Hot In Cleveland' premieres June 16 at 10pm on TV Land.

Complete casting has been announced for the Signature Theatre's staging of CHESS, joining the previously announced Jill Paice, Jeremy Kushnier and Euan Morton will be Eleasha Gamble, Russell, Sunday. Chris Sizemore, Christopher Bloch, Jamie Eacker, Christopher Mueller, Gregory Maheu, Rachel Zampelli, Jonathan Atkinson, James Gardiner, Katie McManus and Bayla Whitten.

MY CUSTOM VAN, Michael Ian Black's one man show is set to reture to the Drilling Company Theatre July 1 through 10. MY CUSTOM VAN is based on Black's book 'My Custom Van... 50 Mind-Blowing Essays That Will Blow Mind All Over Your Face.' Also appearing in the show are Amanda Byron, Joshua Tussin, Brian Sell, Gino Costabile, Ruark Downey, Brian Frank, Laura Dillman, and Andrew McLeod. Joe Jung directed this production. Paul Lucas Productions and Richard Jordan Productions today announced a special one-week limited engagement of Pop-Punk/Electro-Clash and Comedy sensation Die Roten Punkte, the international award-winning hit of the Edinburgh, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Toronto and Spoleto Festivals. Performances of the group's hugely-successful Robot/Lion Tour 2010 will run at Barrow Street Theatre, New York from June 23 through June 28, with performances Wednesday to Saturday at 10pm and Monday June 28 at 8pm (no performance Sunday).

June 23rd, 8:30pm and 10pm, at Cornelia St. Café, marks the debut concert performed by musicians Anupam Shobhakar, (sarod) and Joel Harrison, (steel guitar). As reported by the Daily News the Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is 'cracking down' on scalpers selling the free tickets to Shakespeare in the Park this summer. All tickets to the Shakespeare In the Park productions are free, tickets are distributed on a first-come first-served basis usually beginnning in the early afternoon. Last summer patrons were linned up as early as 4am to secure their spot in line for the free tickets.

The Cape Cod Theatre Project presents a staged reading of Guidance by Daria Polatin July 8 through 10. Headlining the reading will be Jason Butler Harner and Tony Nominee Johanna Day. The reading will take place at the Falmouth Academy at 8pm. The director is to be determined. GUIDANCE tells the story of a new high school guidance counselor gets caught up in the lives of his students. Not even his Advil addiction can save him in this comedy about love and life in a complex world.

According to Deadline.com Award winning playwright Kwame Kwei-Armah is working on a script for a biopic about 1970s soccer star Laurie Cunningham. The film is entitled 'Black Flash.' Cunningham was the first English player to join Real Madrid, the most successful soccer team from Spain. Cunningham was also the first black player to represent England at any level (under 21), and the first to represent the full England side in a competitive match, although Viv Anderson had appeared in a friendly before him to be recognised as the nation's first black full international.

According to Entertainment Weekly's Shelf Life Little, Brown Books will release a series of GLEE novels beginning in August. Shelf Life reports that Little, Brown has an extensive line of official GLEE books in the works, to start with an original novel entitled 'GLEE: The Beginning,' the book will tell the story of the characters before the beginning of the show.

Macy's will presents the 'Sing For Your Tony Tickets' Finals on June 11, 2010 in Herald Square. Over the past few weeks, contestants have been submitting videos of themselves singing selected Broadway songs. Now, the semi-finalists will sing live in hopes of winning a ticket to the Tony Awards for June 13.

A partial lineup of performers have been announced for the fundraiser event 'A Night for Lenny Bruce' at Carolines on Broadway June 16. The event will benefit the Lenny Bruce Memorial Foundation. According to the Associated Press Don Cheadle has been named a goodwill ambassador for the United Nations environment program. Cheadle was appointed on Saturday in Kigali, Rwanda. During the announcement Cheadle promised to work on issues such as climate change and environment conservation.

Human Race Theatre Company Presents the Midwest premiere of ORDINARY DAYS, by Adam Gwon, June 10 through 27 at The Loft Theatre. ORDINARY DAYS debuted in New York as a part of the Roundabout Theatre Company's 'Underground' series last October.

Tufts University will honor Oliver Platt at the 6th Annual P.T. Barnum Awards For Excellence in Entertainment June 7. The event has been entitled 'From Ballou to Broadway' and will take place at the Stanley H. Kaplan Penthouse at Lincoln Center.

The LGBT Community Center will present a one-night-only performance of STREET THEATER June 18. The play written by Doric Wilson chronicles the time leading up to the Stonewall riots in 1969. Wilson was a witness and participant in the riots.
