Tickets are now on sale for NUNSENSE which will begin preview Off-Broadway at the Cherry Lane Theatre on June 13. The show will officially open on June 20. This production marks the 25th anniversary of NUNSENSE. The show is written and directed by Dan Goggin.

According to Entertainment Weekley GLEE is topping Billboard's 200 albums chart for the second week in a row. 'Glee:The Music, Volume 3 Showstoppers' has sold 63,000 copies, beating out Justin Bieber's 'My World' and Lady Antebellum's 'Need You Now.'

Cheyenne Jackson Records Scott Alan's 'Blessing' Sing For Gay Charities; Now Available on iTunes

Cheyenne Jackson (Xandu, Finian's Raonbow), has recorded a new single, 'Blessing,' now available on iTunes. Proceeds from the single will benefit The Trevor Project and The Hetrick-Martin Institute, both designed to provide support for gay youth. These two charities have been singled out, as Alan is a volunteer for the Trevor Project and Jackson serves as an ambassador for the Hetrick-Martin Institute.

Sundance Institute announced today the acting company for its 2010 Theatre Lab on Governors Island, which began yesterday June 1 and runs through June 12. Under artisitc direction of Philip Himberg, Producing Artistic Director of the Sundance Instittute Theatre Program, the Lab will provide these projects with guidance in the development of new work for the stage.

GLEE star Jane Lynch married her long time girlfriend psychologist Lara Embry on Monday. The couple exchanged vows at Blue Heron restaurant in Sunderland, Mass. Scott Mercure, the restaurant manager told US Magazine that 'They were very happy. There was lots of smiling.'

KOAT Albuquerque is reporting that the fire which destroyed Musical Theatre Southwest on Tuesday was the result of arson. As previously reported the theatre warehouse that housed the Musical Theatre Southwest burned to the ground yesterday. The fire began Tuesday afternoon and continued to burn into the day on Wednesday. Despite the fire department's efforts the roof of The Warehouse caved in.

James McAvoy Signs On For 'X-Men: First Class' Film

According to Entertainment Weekly, James McAvoy has signed on for the upcoming 'X-Men' prequel 'X-Men: First Class.' There has been no confirmation on what character McAvoy will play, but it is rumored he will play the young Erik Lensherr, or Magneto. In previous X-Men films Ian McKellan has played the older Magneto.
