Pianist KIM Sunwook plays Beethoven's Complete 32 Piano Sonatas
KIM Sunwook, the leading pianist of his generation, returns to Korean music scene with the complete cycle of Ludwig van Beethovens 32 piano sonatas. Still in his mid 20s, Kim will embark on a two-year marathon journey to complete perhaps the most monumental piano repertoire in chronological order and the first year will find him taking on early sonatas (No.1 through No. 16). Not just being a good chance to reaffirm the young pianists development and leap to the next level, but this project will also guide the audience to explore the life and works of the most significant composer in western music history.
