A new behind the scenes look at the set and costume design for the forthcoming Broadway mainstage adaptation of the celebrated novel THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY is now available to view.

A humble, flowery house dress for Francesca and a denim-themed ensemble with appropriate photographer's vest for Robert can be glimpsed in the costume design sketches presented on the official Instagram page.

The sparse, wood-themed design of the scenic elements devised for the production can be viewed via a set model, as well.

The complete cast of THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY includes, via the official press release: "Kelli O'Hara as Francesca Johnson, Steven Pasquale as Robert Kincaid, Hunter Foster as Bud Johnson, Cass Morgan as Marge, Michael X. Martin as Charlie, Caitlin Kinnunen as Carolyn, Derek Klena as Michael, as well as Whitney Bashor, Jennifer Allen, Ephie Aardema, Katie Klaus, Luke Markinovich, Aaron Ramey, Dan Sharkey, Tim Wright, Jessica Vosk, Charlie Franklin, and Kevin Kern."

The official description of THE BRIDGES OF MADISON COUNTY is as follows: "One of the greatest love stories of all time comes to Broadway for the first time. Four-time Tony nominee KELLI O'HARA reunites with Bartlett Sher, the Tony-winning director of SOUTH PACIFIC and THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA, for a stunning new musical by the Tony and Pulitzer Prize-winning team of Marsha Norman and Jason Robert Brown. O'Hara is joined onstage by Steven Pasquale for this sweeping romance about the roads we travel, the doors we open and the bridges we dare to cross."
