Fresh off the #1 Billboard Cast Album chart debut of Side Show's Original 2014 Broadway Cast Recording, Broadway Records has announced that "Side Show: Added Attractions -- LIVE at 54 BELOW" will be released today, May 19th, 2015.

On March 9th, the critically acclaimed cast of the Broadway musical revival SIDE SHOW re-united for a sold-out evening at 54 BELOW, at the famed performance venue in New York City. The LIVE event included never-before-heard material such as cut songs, extended versions of familiar hits, and additional fun surprises. This special once-in-a-lifetime live event has been preserved on this brand new album as a fitting companion to the Original 2014 Broadway Cast Recording, which was released on February 24th.

"We believe this album is the first of its kind -- a CD of additional material, extended versions and cut songs, all with the original cast and released directly on the heels of the Broadway cast recording, " said Broadway Records founder, Van Dean. "The fact that it's live and is a part of our ever-expanding 'Live at 54 BELOW' series makes it extremely special. Broadway fans have embraced the new 2014 cast recording. This standing room only event in the intimate 54 BELOW setting deserves to be heard by a multitude of fans new and old."

The album will include a variety of songs designed to please the fans, including a mash-up of "Ready to Play" and "We Share Everything" from the two different Broadway productions of Side Show, previously unreleased songs such as "The Choice I Made", "Good We Found You" and "Why Haven't You Learned Yet?", extended versions of songs and various musical material that didn't make it onto the cast album. The album showcases the Side Show stars Erin Davie and Emily Padgett in a powerful first-time live performance of "I Will Never Leave You" as well as in the fun twist of their switching roles as Daisy and Violet Hilton on "Like Everyone Else" and much more.

The album is now available for order here.

Side Show: Added Attractions - LIVE at 54 Below is Produced by Michael J. Moritz, Jr., Darren Bagert, Jayne Baron Sherman, Joan Raffe, Jhett Tolentino; Executive Produced by Catherine Adler, Van Dean, Curtis Forsythe, and David Skinner.

This album is the latest in the "Live at 54 BELOW" series that started in 2012 with albums by Patti LuPone, Norbert Leo Butz, Christiane Noll, Andrea McArdle, Aaron Tveit, Laura Benanti and the most recently released Ahrens and Flaherty, Jarrod Spector, Sierra Boggess, Michael Cerveris & Loose Cattle, Shapiro Sisters and Bebe Neuwirth. A dozen more titles in the series are currently in the works and more albums will be announced shortly.

BROADWAY RECORDS is one of the premier record labels in its industry and has produced cast albums for many major Broadway shows (i.e. the Grammy nominated Matilda The Musical and the recently released Side Show Original 2014 Broadway Cast Recording) as well as the preservation of shorter run Broadway shows (i.e. Bonnie & Clyde and Big Fish) and NBC's television event, Peter Pan Live!. Broadway Records believes in delivering the best cast recordings to its customers, while also striving to innovate with the critically acclaimed "Live at 54 BELOW" series featuring top Broadway stars including Patti LuPone, Aaron Tveit, Norbert Leo Butz, Sierra Boggess, Laura Benanti and many others. Recently, BroadwayWorld.com nominated 19 of Broadway Records' albums for their inaugural 2014 Album Awards, all of which can be found by visiting www.broadwayrecords.com.

54 BELOW, Broadway's Supper Club, is the new performance venue in the grand tradition of New York City nightlife. A few blocks from the heart of Times Square and just below the legendary Studio 54, 54 BELOW is a classically designed state-of-the art nightclub in the theatre district that hosts audiences with warmth and style. The venue provides a food and beverage menu from early evening through the wee hours of the morning that is worthy of the world-class entertainment on the stage. In their description of 54 BELOW, The New York Times writes "the club has the intimacy of a large living room with unimpeded views and impeccable sound; there is not a bad seat. Its sultry after-hours ambience is enhanced by brocade-patterned wall panels planted with orange-shaded lanterns. And the atmosphere is warmer and sexier than in Manhattan's other major supper clubs." Located at 254 West 54th Street, 54 BELOW features up to three shows nightly with cover charges ranging from $15-$95. Tickets and information are available at www.54Below.com.
