Previews of I Will Come Like a Thief begin May 13, prior to its official press opening on May 15 at the 78th Street Theatre Lab (236 West 78th Street).

I Will Come Like a Thief, written by Trish Harnetiaux (Inside a Bigger Box and Straight On Til Morning) and directed by Jude Domski -- "investigates what happens when people are abruptly confronted with disaster and are forced to make decisions about their own survival. Eight radically different individuals learn their city is on the brink of destruction, and in that finite, precious and defining time between warning and disaster, each decides how to respond. Visually compelling and often humorous, I Will Come Like a Thief probes human nature on a day that begins like any other…and then changes in an instant," state press notes.

Scheduled May 13 through June 4, performances run Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8pm; with added performances on Sunday, May 14 at 8pm; Monday, May 15 at 8pm; and Sunday, June 4 at 8pm. Tickets are $18 and can be reserved by calling SmartTix at 212-868-4444 or online at www.smarttix.com.
