On Thursday, April 18, 2013, Broadway's Chicago will welcome back television star and author Paige Davis in the lead role of merry murderess Roxie Hart.

Ms. Davis will play limited return engagement at Broadway's Ambassador Theatre (219 W. 49th St.) through Sunday, May 26.

Paige Davis is best known as the effervescent star of "Trading Spaces," TV's ground-breaking design-reality show. During her first season on the show her wedding to actor Patrick Page was featured in a prime-time episode of TLC's "A Wedding Story" and became one of the highest-rated cable shows of the season.

Ms. Davis' book Paige by Paige, A Year of Trading Spaces spent several weeks at the top of The New York Times bestseller list. Her true love, however, is theatre and dance.

Most recently, Paige received rave reviews for her performance in the Broadway revival of Boeing Boeing, and before that she traveled the country performing the title role in Sweet Charity.

She made her debut as Roxie Hart in the Broadway company of Chicago in 2004, and has also performed in the U.S. national tour, Las Vegas and Portugal productions.

Her other stage credits include Beauty and the Beast (nat'l tour), The Vagina Monologues (nat'l tour), I Do! I Do! (Old Gobe), The Sound of Music (Pittsburgh CLO), A Chorus Line (Austin Musical Theatre), Company (Missouri Rep.) and more.

Paige has appeared on "The Tonight Show," "Today," "The View," "The Dr. Phil Show," "The Wayne Brady Show," "The Martha Stewart Show," "Gameshow Marathon," "The Oprah Winfrey Show" and many others. Daytime viewers remember when Oprah turned the tables on Paige, giving designer Nate Berkus free-reign to renovate and redecorate Paige's Manhattan apartment.

Paige devotes much of her time to her favorite charities. She is an official spokesperson for Volunteers of America's Operation Backpack and a frequent emcee and performer for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights Aids, among many others.

CHICAGO also stars Amra-Faye Wright as Velma Kelly, Tony Award nominee Adam Pascal as Billy Flynn, Raymond Bokhour as Amos Hart, Christine Pedi as Matron "Mama" Morton and R. Lowe as Mary Sunshine.
