Calvin Burton unveils his first NYC solo exhibition, Flying Erase Head, at Gallery SATORI in the East Village. Inspired by the prehistoric days of VHS recordings, the title refers to the now-outdated video technology that allowed for seamless editing from one shot to the next. His paintings explore the moments of transition between visual ideas. The opening reception is from 6 to 8pm.
