La Femme Shakespeare at Teatro Paraguas

La Femme Shakespeare is a solo show written and performed by Talia Pura, exploring the question of who actually wrote the Shakespearean Canon. The play posits that the author may have been a highly educated noblewoman from the court of Elizabeth I, and invites audiences to meet Mary Sidney. Talia Pura is a filmmaker, actor, playwright, author, and costume designer originally from Canada who has been active in the Santa Fe theatre and film scene for many years. The production is presented by Blue Raven Theatre and Teatro Paraguas.
