Coward by James Martin Charlton will play the White Bear Theatre, London, directed by Terrence Mann, tonight 22nd of October - Sunday 10th of November 2013. Press night is set for Wednesday 23th October at 7:30pm.

Following a UK tour, North West based Just Some Theatre Company bring their acclaimed production Coward to London for a limited three week run at the White Bear Theatre in Kennington.

Set in the lively and ostentatious 1930's Coward is a speculative play about the life of the playwright, performer, musician and wit Noël Coward and his relationship with a struggling young actor named Leonard.

Leonard is star struck and taken in by Noël's signature charm and wit. Lured away from his girlfriend and his faith, Leonard is seduced by the lifestyle Noël promises him. But will Leonard ever become the great actor he always wanted to be, or is the part Noël has in mind for him more amorous than it is theatrical? All the while, events are observed and stage-managed by Noël's personal assistant, Cole Lesley, the epitome of the good and faithful servant.

Leading the cast is the young and enigmatic actor Jake Urry as Noël Coward, who is joined by Peter Stone as Coward's personal assistant Cole Lesley, the pair will be joined by Josh Taylor as Leonard Marlowe. Coward is produced by Just Some Theatre Company, Robin Fairchild, Cheryl Michaelides and John Holt.

Peter Stone and Jake Urry met whilst studying Acting at the University of Central Lancashire and founded Just Some Theatre Company in 2011. The company aim to create passionate and challenging theatre, launching with a trio of shows that toured across the North West in 2012.
