The Department of Arts and Culture is developing the National Performing Arts Practitioners' Database.The Database will assist practitioners in networking and maximising exposure to the opportunities in the sector and as a tool towards the development, promotion and sustainability of the Performing Arts sector.

If you are an actor, dancer, musician, poet, comedian, producer, director and want to be on the National Database, please contact your nearest Department of Sports, Arts and Culture in your district.Alternatively, contact Fenny Makhubo on 011 257 8039 or by e-mail at artspractitionersdb@dac.gov.za to register or to check
if your details are correct on the Database. You can also register electronically from 8 to 13 September 2013 on the National Performing Arts Practitioners' Database website (http://dac.performersdatabase.com).
