The Phantom of the Opera Photos - US Tour

The Australian Theatre Festival NYC, helmed by Co-Artistic Directors & Executive Producers Mark Barford, Connor Delves & Jillian Geurts hosted their second annual Fundraising Gala at The Players NYC on Sunday September 10. Honoring Broadway, West-End & Australian theatre icon Caroline O’Connor, and Broadway Producer Neil Gooding.

The theater community rallied together once again with spirited skits, dynamic dance and brilliant bonnets as Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS’ Easter Bonnet Competition returned April 24 and 25, 2023. The performances celebrated in-theater Red Bucket appeals that raised $3,601,355 for meals and medication, health care and hope for those who need them most.

The Phantom of the Opera celebrates its 32nd Anniversary today, January 26, 2020. Last night, January 25, the company celebrated. They posed backstage after the performance and held a pizza party in honor of the big day.

Ali Ewoldt (The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables) and Emily Borromeo (School of Rock, Broadway Bounty Hunter) star in The Cactus, an original comedy short written by Ms. Ewoldt and Jessica Wu (Miss Saigon, A Chorus Line).

The High School Broadway Shadowing Program connects New York City public high school students with behind-the-scenes professionals including producers, stage managers, house managers, and marketing and advertising staff, who share what goes into creating and maintaining a Broadway production. On Thursday December 12th, 70 students and teachers from all over NYC came together at our host venue, Theatre Row, to learn more about non-performance careers in theatre. These participants also had the opportunity to attend The Phantom of the Opera; for some of these students it was the chance to attend a Broadway show for the first time.

Shively (Broadway: Bright Star, La Cage aux Folles), and Nick Wyman (currently starring on Broadway in Network; previous Broadway includes Catch Me If You Can, Dirty Rotten Scoundrels, Sly Fox, The Phantom of the Opera, Les Miserables, On the 20th Century).

Mr. Joback will assume the title role for a limited engagement from Monday, April 29 through Saturday, August 24, 2012.

Yesterday, April 3, Tony's di Napoli Restaurant Times Square presented the addition of a new portrait to their Broadway Wall of Fame, honoring the stars and cast of the legendary Broadway musical, 'Phantom of the Opera' starring Hugh Panaro and Samantha Hill. Samantha Hill takes over the role of Christine Daae in Broadway's The Phantom of the Opera, replacing Sierra Boggess. Hill joins Hugh Panaro in the title role with Kyle Barisich as Raoul, Jim Weitzer (Monsieur Andre), Tim Jerome (Monsieur Firmin), Michele McConnell (Carlotta), Ellen Harvey (Madame Giry), Christian Šebek (Piangi) and Kara Klein (Meg Giry). Ms. Boggess, whose long history with the musical began when she originated the role in the revised Las Vegas production in 2006, has been specifically chosen by the creative team to join the cast in time for the production becoming the first Broadway show ever to celebrate 25 Years.
