REAL WORLD: EX-PLOSION Hits Three-Year Ratings High

MTV's 'Real World: EX-Plosion' had its highest-rated season since 2011 with an average 1.9 million total viewers and a strong 1.8 P12-34 rating (Live+3). The series was up 44 percent vs. last season, and experienced 33 percent growth from the season debut to the finale. The series' ratings grew with +3 playback an average of nearly 40 percent among MTV's core demo of 12-34 year olds. It was also the #1 program across all television in its time slot with P18-24. The finale, which aired on Wednesday, April 2, garnered 1.7 million total viewers and a 1.7 P12-34 rating (Live+3). It was also the #1 program in its time slot across all TV in the 10 p.m. time slot with P18-24. (more...)

The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) has announced continued programming as part of the Artist in Residence initiative at OBERON, its second stage and club-theater venue. This initiative is rooted in A.R.T's mission to expand the boundaries of theater by supporting local and emerging artists. OBERON launched this multi-year program of work and mentorship with three local performance groups: Liars & Believers, Boston Circus Guild, and Touch Performance Art.
