The Music Man has extended its Broadway run by popular demand.  Originally announced to close on January 1, the revival of Meredith Willson’s musical, starring two-time Tony Award®, Grammy Award®, and Emmy Award®-winning star Hugh Jackman as Professor Harold Hill and two-time Tony Award winner Sutton Foster as Marian Paroo, will now play its positively final Broadway performance on Sunday, January 15, 2023.

Dame Angela Lansbury has passed away at age 96. Angela Lansbury's career spanned more than 75 years. The Music Man will end its Broadway run on January 1, 2023. On Friday night, May 20th, Hugh Jackman made a curtain call speech at The Music Man in honor of Sutton Foster's recent Drama League win. Foster, who currently stars as Marian Paroo alongside Jackman's Harold Hill, was awarded the 2022 Drama League Distinguished Performance Award.

The Music Man on Broadway has announced that a limited number of standing room tickets will be available for every performance beginning tomorrow, Tuesday, May 17. A limited number of tickets will be available for same-day purchase beginning 2 hours before performances for $76 each.
