Amidst headlining SiriusXM Octane Present's 'The Octane Accelerator Tour' across the U.S. laterthis fall, horror-inspired metal outfit ICE NINE KILLS will celebrate their homecoming stop at The Palladium in Worcester, MA on Saturday, November 30 by reviving their annual 'Thanx-Killing' show in honor of the Thanksgiving holiday on November 28. The show will be recorded and filmed for a future project and includes special guests Fit For A King, Light The Torch, Make Them Suffer and Awake At Last. Following yesterday's (October 16) worldwide exclusive premiere on SIRIUSXM Octane, horror-inspired metal act ICE NINE KILLS share their brand-new chilling single 'Your Number's Up' in the below lyric video. The continued partnership with Long Beach connects the island festival's experience to the mainland Sept. 25-29, 2019, bookending CFF with 'launch' and 'landing' premieres, parties and panels Wednesday-Thursday and Sunday in Long Beach. Catalina Island will play host to CFF Friday and Saturday, with Festival-chartered cruises to and from the Queen Mary Terminal daily.

New York's leading LGBTQ film festival, NewFest, has announced the full lineup of their 31st annual celebration of the year's best LGBTQ films from around the world. As announced earlier this week, the festival will kick off the festival's 31st edition with the New York premiere of Mike Doyle's Manhattan-set ensemble rom-com SELL BY, featuring an eclectic cast including Scott Evans (Netflix's “Grace and Frankie”), Kate Walsh (ABC's “Grey's Anatomy”), Academy Award-nominee and Emmy Award-winner Patricia Clarkson, Michelle Buteau (Netflix's “Tales of the City”) and Augustus Prew (HIGH-RISE), and will close the festival with the New York premiere of Rodrigo Bellott's award-winning film TU ME MANQUES, which was recently announced as Bolivia's submission for Best International Feature Film selection for the 2019 Academy Awards.

NewFest, New York's leading LGBTQ Film and Media Arts organization, has revealed the 'HalloKween' genre-focused lineup for the 31st Annual New York LGBTQ Film Festival. The 2019 program, held the week before Halloween, includes the Nicole Maines (CW's “Supergirl”) led transgender vampire film BIT; the documentary SCREAM QUEEN: MY NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET, about the controversial sequel of the Wes Craven classic that prematurely ended Mark Patton's acting career; and the Spanish alien rescue mission film BRIEF STORY FROM THE GREEN PLANET, which won the coveted Teddy Award at this year's Berlinale Film Festival. The announcement was made today by NewFest Executive Director David Hatkoff and Director Of Programming Nick McCarthy.
