The producers and directors of THIS IS POP aim to shine a light on racism, sexism, classism, queer politics and social injustice while also celebrating the levity and joy for which pop music has long been known.

“This EP is the most personal thing I’ve ever created,” says Kylie of releasing her first collection of songs. “Every song is a chapter in my life, and I can’t wait for you all to listen and help me write the rest of the story.”

Known for reimagining the Great American Songbook of country music, Los Angeles-based vocalist Staci Griesbach is launching a new music collection called SONGBOOK SINGLES, debuting with the 1951 Academy Award-nominated Best Original Song “A Kiss to Build a Dream On” and 1961 Academy Award-winning Best Original Song “Moon River.”

To ensure the best experience for patrons and performers, the performance of Jaimee Paul and Leif Shires in Concert at Halloran Centre scheduled for Aug. 14 has been rescheduled for Feb. 20, 2021, as part of the to-be-announced 2020-2021 On Stage at the Halloran Centre Series. All previously purchased tickets will be honored at the new show on Feb. 20, 2021.

Toronto’s celebrated live music spectacle DWAYNE GRETZKY,  will present its coveted annual New Year’s Eve Party, this year presented as a live streaming event, totally free. The band will be live streaming in full audio and video production from their studio space, an 1100 square foot industrial-style loft in Toronto's west end.
