The Board of Directors of the Duluth Playhouse has announced Christine Gradl Seitz will retire from her position as Executive and Artistic Director of the Duluth Playhouse effective September 30, 2020. Seitz has been leading the Playhouse since January 2000.

Performer Jason Powell is set to bring the world premiere of his solo play The Book That I'm Going to Write, by Judy Garland to the Hollywood Fringe Festival, it was announced today by LadyWatch Productions. Directed by Phillip Fazio, it will run for five performances only at the Ruby Theatre @ The Complex beginning June 1, at 9pm.

Whether that is being an actor, a designer, a director, a patron, a donor, a supporter, an observer, or the executive director of a theater company, that's completely up to fate, really. All I want is to be a part of the progression of this art.
