It was announced yesterday at a special Royal Theatrical Support Trust (RTST) ceremony that the winner of the RTST Sir Peter Hall Director Award 2021, Denzel Westley-Sanderson, will direct a new production of Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest – in a co-production between English Touring Theatre (ETT), Leeds Playhouse and Rose Theatre.

Wind of Change, in association with Cahoots Theatre Company, today announce the run of Tim Walker's Bloody Difficult Women at the Assembly Rooms for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2022. Nathan R. Matthews is producing and performing in a concert for The Riverside Opera Ensemble at Merkin Hall at the Kaufman Music Center on May 16th. Tony nominee Christiane Noll (Ragtime) and Grammy winner Edward Parks (The (R)evolution of Steve Jobs) will headline the concert of new music by Dreamworks composer Drew Fornarola and Matthews himself.

All new production images have been released for Jeff James and James Yeatman's adaptation of Jane Austen's Persuasion, which opens tonight, Thursday 3 March, at Rose Theatre, Kingston and runs until 19 March.

This production will then run at Alexandra Palace from 7 to 30 April 2022, followed by Oxford Playhouse from 4 to 14 May 2022.
