During the 2020 Grammy Awards, in a tribute to longtime GRAMMY executive producer Ken Ehrlich, and to acknowledge the importance of music education in schools to the Recording Academy, GRAMMY Museum and Ehrlich, artists performed 'I Sing The Body Electric' from the film Fame. The performance featured Ben Platt, Camila Cabello, Gary Clark Jr. and John Legend, Debbie Allen, Joshua Bell, Common, Misty Copeland, Lang Lang, Cyndi Lauper, and The War And Treaty.

The Recording Academy® has confirmed the final slate of performers for the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards®. Previously announced Gary Clark Jr., will be joined by The Roots to perform Clark's GRAMMY-nominated song 'This Land.' Preservation Hall Jazz Band and Trombone Shorty will unite to honor those we have lost this year in a touching In Memoriam piece. And, Sheila E. will take the stage with Usher for an exciting GRAMMY Salute to Prince. Live from STAPLES Center, and hosted by Alicia Keys, the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards will be broadcast live in HDTV and 5.1 surround sound on the CBS Television Network, Sunday, Jan. 26at 8:00 p.m. ET/5:00 p.m. PT. 

In keeping with the tradition of presenting signature 'GRAMMY® Moments,' the Recording Academy® has announced two special segments to take place on the 62nd Annual GRAMMY Awards®. The first, 'Old Town Road All-Stars,' will feature current nominees Lil Nas X and Billy Ray Cyrus joined by BTS, Diplo, Mason Ramsey, and other surprise guests. Over the past year, 'Old Town Road' has been the subject of numerous mixes and mashups, which inspired bringing together a number of acts who have performed it, making it a one-of-a-kind performance.

Pianist Haochen Zhang will make his debut with the New York Philharmonic on January 28, 2020 at 7:30 PM in its Lunar New Year Concert and Gala, conducted by Maestro Long Yu. Shanghai-born Zhang launched into the international spotlight in 2009 after becoming one of the youngest Van Cliburn International Piano Competition gold medalists and has since also been awarded a prestigious Avery Fisher Career Grant in 2017.

The Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) held a?oeAn Enchanting Evening with Lang Lang Fundraising Dinnera?? on 17 January 2020 (Friday) at the Salisbury Room of The Peninsula Hong Kong. It is with great honour to have the star of the night, world renowned pianist Lang Lang, together with his wife (Ms Gina Alice Redlinger), joining as our distinguished guests at the Dinner, with the presence of Maestro Jaap van Zweden, the HK Phil's Music Director and Conductor of the concerts with Lang Lang. A total of HK$3.4 million was raised at the Dinner in supporting the future development of the HK Phil.

Lang Lang International Music Foundation® gathered friends at Carnegie Hall Thursday evening for their to celebrate the second Young Scholars Graduation Concert, held in the Weill Recital Hall. Sandy Weill (Sanford I. Weill) is a member of the Board of Directors. The graduation performance marked the culmination of their two year stints of study under the tutelage of the Lang Lang Foundation, during which time they performed on stages and in festivals all over the world.

The Music Institute of Chicago hosts its 2020 Anniversary Gala on Monday, April 20 at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, 120 E. Delaware Street, celebrating its history as one of the largest and most respected community music schools in the nation. Highlights of this festive evening include presentations of the Dushkin Award to acclaimed pianist Evgeny Kissin and the 11th annual Cultural Visionary Award for Chicago to Helen Zell.

Internationally acclaimed conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin, life-long philanthropists James and Louise Temerty, and genre-defying musician Chilly Gonzales have been named Honorary Fellows of The Royal Conservatory of Music.

To celebrate the 250th anniversary of Beethoven's birth, the Hong Kong Philharmonic Orchestra (HK Phil) launches a special a?oeBeethoven 250tha?? series. Superstar pianist Lang Lang, returns to the stage of the HK Phil after four years, to present the first programme with the HK Phil's Music Director Jaap van Zweden. He will play Beethoven's Piano Concerto no. 2, which the composer himself played as his public debut in Vienna. This programme also features Beethoven's Egmont Overture and Symphony no. 1, Beethoven's tribute to his teacher Haydn. HK Phil's celebration of Beethoven's 250th Anniversary starts on 16 & 18 January 2020 (Thursday & Saturday) at the Hong Kong Cultural Centre Concert Hall.

Back by popular demand, the multifaceted virtuoso Chris Botti teams up with Pacific Symphony for a night of trumpeted serenades that you and your Valentine won't soon forget. From crooning jazz standards and classical ballads to upbeat pop tunes, Botti's wide array of performing expertise is sure to put you in a romantic mood. Pops conductor Albert-George Schram joins the Symphony again for this spectacular concert.

Grammy-Award-winning artist Gary Clark Jr.releases a brand new version of “Pearl Cadillac” from his current Warner Records album, THIS LAND. The new mix single features additional vocals by fellow Warner artist and Grammy nominee Andra Day. Clark and Day became friends years ago after playing shows together. Both share a musical commonality which incorporates their disparate influences of soul, pop, blues, gospel and rock 'n' roll propelled by a strong positive energy which becomes something both new yet timeless. Once introduced into Clark's live set, “Pearl Cadillac” quickly became a fan-favorite sometimes stretching into seven or eight minutes long. The song made its TV debut on SNL in February. The new streamlined edit showcasing Day's commanding vocal performance with Clark now plays like a classic Prince-inspired power ballad.

It is today announced that acclaimed husband and wife composing and producing team James Morgan and Juliette Pochin will release their debut album as duo Piano Hands. Christmas Piano is a reimagined Christmas album featuring brand new interpretations of well-known popular and classical pieces. There will be two singles Fairy Tale Of New York and Jingle Bells released digitally on November 22 2019 with the full album being released on 29 November 2019. Christmas Piano is an album which creates a sound world of relaxing and atmospheric calm, perfect for meditation and mindfulness playlists. 

This morning, The Recording Academy announced that Manfred Honeck and the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra's recording of Bruckner's Symphony No. 9 were nominated for three Grammy Awards. This marks the third consecutive year the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra and Honeck have been nominated. The Usher Hall and Live Music Now Scotland have partnered to present a series of special concerts at Usher Hall that showcase the best upcoming musical talent from Scotland. The Emerging Artists series returns for its 10th season and will have four concerts across December and January, each presented by different musicians performing a different style of music.

The Central Conservatory of Music Symphony Orchestra of Beijing is proud to make its United States debut under the baton of Feng Yu at New York's iconic concert venue, Carnegie Hall's Isaac Stern Auditorium/Ronald O. Perelman Stage, on Friday, December 13, 2019 at 8 PM. The performance, presented by MidAmerica Productions (MAP), opens MAP's 37th Annual Concert Season.

To celebrate the milestone 20th anniversary of the Latin GRAMMY Awards®, the GRAMMY Museum® proudly presents Latin GRAMMY®, 20 Years Of Excellence. On Nov. 18, the Museum will kick off the opening of the new Latin music exhibit and its new third floor with a full day of programming, including an education program for students, live performances, and a ribbon-cutting ceremony with Gabriel Abaroa Jr., President/CEO of The Latin Recording Academy® and Michael Sticka, President of the GRAMMY Museum, along with prestigious Latin artists and personalities. The evening event is free, including entry to the Museum, and is open to the public on a special first-come, first-served basis. The exhibit will run through spring 2020.

The Lang Lang International Music Foundation is currently accepting applications for their Young Scholars Program. The Young Scholars program is a music education initiative designed to identify and support talented young pianists in their professional development. Every two years, Lang Lang and his teacher Gary Graffman, select a limited number of exceptionally talented young pianists from the United States to join the program. The selected scholars receive mentorship, tutelage, unique performance opportunities, and become part of the Lang Lang Young Scholars Network. As a Scholar, students participate in masterclasses from some of the most prominent teachers around the world, and perform on internationally renowned stages.

The votes are in and America has chosen Kodi Lee as the winner of “America's Got Talent” season 14. Lee wins the show's $1 million grand prize and will headline “America's Got Talent Live” at the Paris Theater at Paris Las Vegas Nov. 7-10.

Billy Ray Cyrus, who was just announced as a two-time 2019 BET Hip Hop Awards nominee, will return to his roots tonight when he performs his multi-platinum-selling legendary hit, “Some Gave All,” on NBC's hit summer series “America's Got Talent” with Voices of Service, a Northern Virginia quartet comprised of active and retired U.S. veterans.

The season 14 two-night finale of NBC's hit summer series “America's Got Talent” begins Tuesday, Sept. 17 (8-10 p.m. ET/PT) with performances from all of the show's Top 10 finalists, including Benicio Bryant, Detroit Youth Choir, Emanne Beasha, Kodi Lee, Light Balance Kids, Ndlovu Youth Choir, Ryan Niemiller, Tyler Butler-Figueroa, V. Unbeatable and Voices of Service.
