Movies @ the Warner presents EDWARD SCISSORHANDS, Thursday, 11/10 at 7 pm in the Oneglia Auditorium. The following week, the Warner will show FROZEN, 11/17 at 7 pm.

From highly-anticipated new movie musicals like Disenchanted and Spirited, to the soundtrack for Netflix's upcoming Matilda the Musical movie soundtrack, November's new streaming releases will give Broadway fans entertained throughout the month. 

Actor and comedian Kenan Thompson will return to host the ceremony for the second consecutive year. Additionally, nominations for the 2022 PCAs were unveiled recognizing the biggest stars across all forms of entertainment, including Bad Bunny, Harry Styles, Taylor Swift, Beyonce, Zendaya, Selena Gomez, Dwayne Johnson and more.

Two dazzling specials featuring some of the biggest names in music will bring melodies in December: “A Very Backstreet Christmas” celebrates the holidays with The Backstreet Boys, and “Finding Harmony” is an uplifting story featuring EGOT winner John Legend and David Brown, founder of the Columbus-based Harmony Project in Ohio.

Top stories include an update on Patti LuPone giving up her Equity Card, plus meet the cast of Some Like It Hot, casting announced for the North American premiere of Life of Pi, and more!

The film follows struggling American siblings Alice (Kristen Bell) and Paul (Ben Platt), who reluctantly agree to attend the wedding of their estranged, wealthy half-sister (Cynthia Addai-Robinson) in the English countryside alondside their mother, Donna (Allison Janney). Long Beach's Musical Theatre West has announced its cast for the upcoming production of Damn Yankees, set to debut for select dates through October 30th. Broadway and West End star, Lesli Margherita, will return to the MTW stage to play the role of Lola.

Special guests set to celebrate Norman through speeches and comedy performances include Asante Blackk, George Clooney, Laverne Cox, Isabella Gomez, Emily Hampshire, Tom Hanks, Rita Moreno, Ms. Pat, Jay Pharoah, Rob Reiner, Aida Rodriguez and George Wallace. Musical performances paying tribute to iconic sitcom theme songs will also be featured/

Michael James Scott, Jacob Dickey, Katie Terza, Jelani Remy, Pearl Kwezi, Caelan Creaser, and Tatyana Lubov from Disney's productions of Aladdin and The Lion King, and The North American Tour of Frozen, kicked off D23 Expo Legends Ceremony with a special performance on Friday, September 8, 2022.
