Stephen DeAngelis is continuing his ongoing salute to Broadway and Off-Broadway Standbys, Understudies and Alternates with the next edition in his monthly residency of AT THIS PERFORMANCE… to be held on Monday, February 27th at The Green Room 42.

Entertainmentx, which gets to the heart, soul and drive of top performers in the entertainment industry, turns 5 years old on February 5th.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from SIX THE MUSICAL; & JULIET;  KIMBERLY AKIMBO; ALMOST FAMOUS; MERRILY WE ROLL ALONG; KINKY BOOTS and BAT OUT OF HELL.

At This Performance…  will return to The Green Room 42 featuring standbys, understudies, and alternates From Moulin Rouge! The Musical; Almost Famous; Hadestown; Funny Girl; Aladdin; and Paradise Square.  

On Monday, October 17, Julie Halston returned to the Birdland stage after two-and-a-half years of global pandemic Zoom Meetings and Green Screens. The Tony-winning actress/comedienne brought her new show “De-Classified,” in which she assesses the state of the world, the state of her life and the state of her hair.

AT THIS PERFORMANCE…  returns to The Green Room 42 featuring Standbys, Understudies and Alternates from A Strange Loop; MJ The Musical; Company; Into The Woods; Funny Girl; Beetlejuice and Between The Lines   on Monday, July 18th at 7 PM. 

The Hollywood Museum has announced its 2022 salute to the LGBTQ+ community's contributions to the entertainment industry, it will once again present its ninth (due to the pandemic) annual 'Real to Reel: Portrayals and Perceptions of LGBTQ+ in Hollywood” exhibit in partnership with Los Angeles City Councilmember Mitch O'Farrell (CD-13).

The Why I'll Never Make It podcast is going live again at The Green Room 42, this time with Broadway performers Joshua Morgan (Ain't Too Proud, LES MISERABLES) and Janine DiVita (Jagged Little Pit, If/Then).

Just last night, New York City Center Encores! wrapped up The Life, directed and adapted by Billy Porter. The production starred Jelani Alladin as Lou, Alexandra Grey as Queen, Antwayn Hopper as Memphis, Grammy nominee Mykal Kilgore as Young JoJo, Grammy Award winner Ledisi as Sonja, Erika Olson as Mary, Destan Owens as Old Jojo, and Ken Robinson as Fleetwood. The Green Room 42 has announced their February line-up for in-person performances. Additionally, The Green Room 42 is excited to launch 5/5/5 Tickets – in celebration of their 5th Anniversary, five $5 tickets will be available for every show from February 15, 2022, through February 14, 2023.
