BIRDLAND JAZZ CLUB will present a historic evening with two legendary Broadway stars Anita Gillette and Lee Roy Reams for the first time on Monday, June 13 at 7:00 PM.

Fred Armisen appeared on The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon last night, May 20th. The comedian and actor showcased his guitar skills, talked about hidden talents, and discussed fighting with David Duchovny in The Bubble, which debuted on Netflix in March of this year.

Patchogue Theatre for the Performing Arts (PTPA) announces a brand new edition of Jokes on Main, its comedy series featuring the Tri-State's funniest stand-up comedians, Steve Shaffer, John McClellan, Patty Rosborough & Rich Aronovitch on Friday, June 24 at 8:00pm. Some material may not be suitable for children. Lobby and bar concessions open at 7pm. Tickets are $30 plus fees. Save $5 per ticket when ordering 10 or more tickets - use code GROUP2022. The Eugene O’Neill Theater Center has announced its 2022 summer season, which features the return of some beloved in-person public events put on pause during the virtual and hybrid seasons of 2020 and 2021. 

New Hampshire magician BJ Hickman will be opening this summer's guest series of performers Thursday night, June 30 at veteran TV host, movie actor, and recording artist John Davidson's New Hampshire performance venue, “Club Sandwich”, in Sandwich, NH.

The York Theatre Company has announced show-only tickets are now available for the one-night-only benefit concert evening starring the marvelous Marilyn Maye.

Academy Award-Winning comedian Steven Wright will bring his stand-up comedy act to The Orleans Showroom at The Orleans Hotel and Casino on Saturday, June 25. Audiences can also enjoy performances by “Anything for Salinas Band – Tribute to Selena” and Maná tribute band Corazón De Maná at The Club at Cannery Casino Hotel on Saturday, June 18. 

The classic comedy Some Like It Hot will begin performances on Broadway this fall! CLUB44 RECORDS has announced the new album Carol Sloane, Live at Birdland, which is available on streaming platforms and on CD in stores and online today, Friday, April 8. This release marks the veteran vocalist’s 60th anniversary as a recording artist, and her first album in over a decade. Recorded at the legendary New York jazz boite in September 2019, she was joined by an all-star trio, including the late Mike Renzi on piano, Jay Leonhart on bass, and Scott Hamilton on saxophone.
