Acclaimed actor David Payne stars in An Evening with C.S. David Payne writes, directs, and stars as Lewis, or a?oeJacka?? to his family, in this one-man show. Under the premise that the audience is a group of American writers visiting Lewis, Payne reclines in an armchair, sips tea, and regales his guests with tales of Jack's childhood, literary career, and late-in-life romance.

Variety reports that Joseph Mawle will play a leading role on the upcoming 'Lord of the Rings' series at Amazon. Sources say he will be a villain named Oren.

This fall will be busy at the Riverfront Theater in downtown Milford. The venue will host two live performances, its annual meeting, and an opportunity to meet the directors of next year's shows. Deadline reports that Amazon will film its upcoming Lord of the Rings TV series in New Zealand. Peter Jackson's film adaptation also filmed there; there is no word as to whether or not Jackson is involved with the series.

The Screwtape Letters, the provocative and wickedly funny theatrical adaptation of C.S.
