Madonna has announced Madonna: The Celebration Tour, in an iconic video with a wink to her groundbreaking film Truth or Dare. The video features Diplo, Judd Apatow, Jack Black, Lil Wayne, Bob The Drag Queen, Kate Berlant, Larry Owens, Meg Stalter, Eric Andre and culminates with Amy Schumer daring the global superstar to go on tour and perform.

Due to popular demand, The Den Theatre has added two additional stand-up performances for comedian Atsuko Okatsuka on Friday, February 3 at 7 pm and 9:15 pm on The Heath Mainstage.

The new slate includes a roster of hosts including Rosie O’Donnell, Jason Alexander, Eric Andre, Amber Ruffin and more. The new shows include a “Curb Your Enthusiasm” rewatch series, several new podcasts from Will Ferrell’s Big Money Players Network and one series with Comedy Central, as well as a series with The Daily Show’s Jordan Klepper.

The Den Theatre will present comedian Atsuko Okatsuka, playing two stand-up performances on Saturday, February 4, 2023 at 7 pm and 9:15 pm on The Heath Mainstage.

Johnny Knoxville, Eric Andre and Gabourey Sidibe form the all-star panel of “pranxperts,” taking viewers behind the scenes as they help to plot and plan elaborate and diabolical schemes.  The Panelists serve as mentors and saboteurs, with celebrity guests sometimes joining the fun. 

The acclaimed musical duo returns to London to showcase their rock greatness to their army of loyal fans. This will be Tenacious D’s first show in the UK since 2019 when they played a run of sold-out shows that included two nights at Wembley Arena. The tour will include a stop at London’s The O2 on Friday, June 16th, 2023.

On Nov. 11, 2022, Roy and Edna Disney CalArts Theater (REDCAT), CalArts' center for contemporary arts in downtown Los Angeles, proudly presents Aesthetical Relations, an itinerant and irregular live comedy talk show experience, written and hosted by Los Angeles based writer, actor, art critic, and comedian Christina Catherine Martinez. 

This Labor Day Weekend, two-time Emmy Award-winning comedian, actress, writer and producer Sarah Silverman will be joined by comedian, actor, and writer Atsuko Okatsuka, comedian Todd Glass and comedian and television producer Rory Albanese during a one-night-only engagement of “Sarah Silverman & Friends” at Encore Theater at Wynn Las Vegas on Sunday, Sept. 4, 2022.

The half-hour series is directed by Yuji Nara with script and original concept by amphibian. The animation studio is Akatsuki. The series joins a growing roster of original anime productions from Adult Swim, including Fena: Pirate Princess, Blade Runner: Black Lotus, Shenmue The Animation, new seasons of FLCL, and the highly anticipated Uzumaki.

The Den Theatre will present comedian Ron Funches for one night only on Friday, August 5 at 7:30 pm on The Heath Mainstage. In addition to his television roles, Ron has leant his voice to many projects like Dreamworks’ Trolls, Disney’s Ivan The Great, Bob's Burgers, Adventure Time, and more.

Anthony Mackie (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier) is also starring and executive producing. Stephanie Beatriz (Encanto, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) to co-star opposite Mackie, alongside Thomas Haden Church (Sideways, Divorce, Spider-Man: No Way Home) and recurring guest star Neve Campbell (Scream 5, Clouds).

Adult Swim, the leader in adult animation and #1 destination for young adults, announced the greenlight of two all-new anime series: Rick and Morty: The Anime from director Takashi Sano (Tower of God) and Ninja Kamui from director Sunghoo Park (God of High School, Jujutsu Kaisen).

Peacock announced today that Stephanie Beatriz (Encanto, Brooklyn Nine-Nine) will star in the new action-comedy series TWISTED METAL, a live-action adaptation of the global video game phenomenon. Kitao Sakurai (The Eric Andre Show, Bad Trip) will executive produce and direct multiple episodes of the series. 

Today, The Bentonville Film Festival unveiled their distinguished Competition Jury, singularly dedicated to inclusive representation in media and entertainment. The festival, produced by the BFFoundation and chaired by Academy Award-winning Actor Geena Davis, will take place in-person June 22-26 and virtually June 22-July 3. The illustrious group of jurors is composed of award-winning producers, directors, actors and authors, including actor Yolonda Ross, film and television producer Bird Runningwater, actor Shohreh Aghdashloo, writer and filmmaker Justine Bateman, among others.
