New York, US, and international theatre artists, curators, researchers, and academics will talk daily during the week for one hour with Segal Center’s director, Frank Hentschker, about life and art in the Time of Corona and speak about challenges, sorrows, and hopes for the new Weltzustand— the State of the World.

Taking place between April-July 2021, The Walk will be a global public art event that will see a 3.5m tall puppet called Amal travelling 8000km across Turkey and Europe to highlight the plight of refugee children.

Director/writer Simon Stone's (Yerma) Medea will extend its run to March 8th, due to popular demand. Fourteen additional performances have been added to the schedule, which began previews on January 12th and opens on January 30th. According to Vulture, stage and screen couple Bobby Cannavale and Rose Byrne have their eye on their next project together. The duo will star in Euripedes's Medea at BAM this January. The play will be directed by Simon Stone.

Rehearsal images have been released for the National Theatre's production of Sally Cookson's magical retelling of Peter Pan, ahead of its limited run at Troubadour White City Theatre, a brand-new venue, just minutes from Westfield in West London.

Bristol Old Vic today announced the appointment of the organisation's new Executive Director to carry the theatre's business into the new era, which began in Sep 2018 with the completion of its multi-million-pound redevelopment and reinvention as a destination venue.

Everyone across the country is invited to Fly The Flag for Human Rights between 24 and 30 June 2019 in events around the UK, with over 150 organisations involved.
